تأثیر پرایمینگ بذر با اسید سالیسیلیک بر شاخصهای جوانه زنی و رشد گیاه گل گاوزبان تحت تنش شوری

چکیده مقاله :
یکی از روشهای موثر برای غلبه بر تنش در جوانه زنی بذور، استفاده از تکنیک پرایمینگ بذر است. به این منظور به بررسی تأثیر پیش تیمار اسیدسالسیلیک بر جوانه زنی و برخی خصوصیات بذر گیاه دارویی گل گاوزبان (Borago officinalis. L ، در شرایط تنش شوری، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با سه سطح اسیدسالسیلیک با غلظت غلظت (500، 1000 و 1500 میلی مولار) و تنش شوری با غلظت های (50، 100 و 150 میلی مولار) بودند. صفات مورد آزمایش شامل طول، وزن و نسبت ریشه چه و ساقه چه، غلظت پروتئین بذر، درصد جوانه زنی بذر بودند. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده در پاسخ به شرایط تنش شـوری، سطح رشد مرفولوژیکی بذور به شدت تغییر کرد، کاهش طول ریشه چه و ساقه چه و همینطور وزن آنها کاهش یافت. ولی تیمـار با تغییر این نسبت، باعث حفظ و ثبـات فعالیت مرفولوژیکی در بذور گل گاوزبان شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، تیمار سالیسیلیک اسید تحت شرایط تـنش شـوری میتواند برای تقویت فعالیت جوانه زنی و رشدی گل گاوزبان میشود.
