بررسی رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و نوآوری سازمانی در بین مدیران بخش خصوصی و سازمان های دولتی شهر تهران

چکیده مقاله :
سازمانهای پیچیده و مدرن بایستی بر اساس اندیشه های نو بنا شوند و برای ادامه موجودیت خود و نیز رشد و توسعه کمی و کیفی خود بیش از پیش بایستی خصوصیت جستجوگرانه و نوآورانه داشته باشند و بر روشهای نوین و بدیع تاکید نمایند. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و نوآوری سازمانی در میان مدیران بخش دولتی و بخش خصوصی شهر تهران است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران سازمانهای دولتی شهر تهران و نیز مدیران بانکهای خصوصی و شرکتهای تجاری می باشد. تعداد 100 نفر از هر گروه به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب و به عنوان نمونه تحقیق شرکت نمودند. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار-آن و نوآوری سازمانی استفاده شده است. از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است بین خرده مقیاسهای جرات ورزی، مسولیت پذیری، حل مساله، انعطاف پذیری، تحمل فشار و استرس، استقلال طلبی، کنترل تکانه ها، خود شکوفایی، روابط بین فردی، همدلی و نوآوری سازمانی رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. اما در خرده مقیاسهای واقعیت طلبی و خوش بینی و نوآوری سازمانی رابطه معنادار گزارش نشده است.
The complex and modern organizations must be organized on the basis of new thoughts and they must have exploratory and innovative characteristic in order to continue their existence and their qualitative and quantitative growth and development and to emphasize modern methods. The goal of this research is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational innovation among the administrators of governmental organizations and the administrators of private sector of Tehran. The statistical population of the research includes the administrators of the governmental organizations of Tehran, the managers of private banks, and those of commercial firms. About One hundred persons of each group attended as the research sample, who had been selected by cluster sampling method. The questionnaire of emotional intelligence (bar-on) and organizational innovation was applied to collect data. Descriptive and deductive statistics was used in order to analyze the data. The results are indicative of the existence of relationship between the subscales of daring, taking responsibility, resolving problems, flexibility, tolerating stress, taking independence, controlling shocks, self-actualization, inter-personal relationships, empathy, and the organizational innovation. But the existence of meaningful relationship in the subscales of realism and optimism, and the organizational innovation hasn’t been reported.
