تأثیر هوش اخلاقی مدیران بر مهارتهای ارتباطی آنان در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی تأثیر هوش اخلاقی مدیران بر مهارت های ارتباطی آنان در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد. در این پژوهش تأثیر هوش اخلاقی مدیران و ابعاد آن شامل درستکاری، مسئولیت پذیری، دلسوزی، و بخشش بر مهارت های ارتباطی مدیران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش حاضر مدیران عالی و میانی واحدهای بیمه ای و درمانی سازمان مورد مطالعه به تعداد 249 نفر می باشد. حجم نمونه ی آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 151 نفر برآورد شده است. روش نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای می باشد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر پرسش نامه می باشد. روایی پرسش نامه به صورت صوری است. پایایی پرسش نامه توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برای سؤال های هوش اخلاقی و مهارت های ارتباطی پرسش نامه به ترتیب با اعتبار 838/0 و 726/0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش از آزمون های r پیرسون و رگرسیون دو متغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل بیانگر آن است که هوش اخلاقی مدیران و ابعاد چهارگانه ی آن بر مهارت های ارتباطی آنان در سازمان مورد مطالعه تأثیر دارد.
The purpose of the present paper is to investigate the effect of managers’ moral intelligence on their communication skills in the social welfare organization of EastAzerbaijanProvince. The impact of managers’ moral intelligence and its dimensions including honesty, responsibility, compassion, and forgiveness on their communication skills has been investigated. The statistical population consists of 249 top and middle managers of the insurance and health care units of the organization under study. According to Cochran’s formula, the sample size is 151, obtained by stratified random sampling technique. The data collecting instrument is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity, and its reliability was approved through the use of Cronbach’s Alpha test for the questions of moral intelligence and communication skills with the significance level of 0.838 and 0.726, respectively. In order to test the research hypotheses, we have used Pearson’s correbtion coefficient and covariate regression. The results indicate that the managers’ moral intelligence and its four dimensions affect their communication skills in the organization under study.
