تأثیر خرد سازمانی بر رضایت شغلی با توجه به نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی(با رویکرد بهره وری)

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش باهدف بررسی تأثیرخرد سازمانی بر رضایت شغلی با توجه به نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامیشهر تهران انجام شد. روش پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش گرداوری داده ها توصیفی-همبستگی و همین طور از نظر نوع داده کمّی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش استادان هیأت تمام وقت علمی دانشگاه های آزاد شهر تهران بودند که با استفاده از محاسبه حجم نمونه در معادلات ساختاری و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشهای مرحله ای، تعداد 700 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد که به منظور گرداوری داده ها از سه پرسش نامه استاندارد خرد سازمانی براون و گرین (2006)،رضایت شغلی هرزبرگ (1966) و هوش هیجانی مایر و همکاران (1999) استفاده گردید. پس از جمع آوری پرسش نامه ها، توصیف داده ها از طریق میانگین، انحراف معیار و... با استفاده از نرم افزارSpss-21 و استنباط آماری داده ها از طریق مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرمافزارLISREL-v8.80 انجام پذیرفت. ویژگی های فنی پرسش نامه شامل پایایی، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا بررسی گردید و همچنین ضرایب مسیر و ضرایب معناداری نرمافزار برای بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد، درجه تناسب مدل ارائه شده با توجه به مؤلفه های پژوهش مناسب بود؛ هم چنین خرد سازمانی بر رضایت شغلی با نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی تأثیر داشت.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect oforganizational wisdom on job satisfaction with due attention to the mediation role of emotional intelligence among faculty members in Islamic Azad university of Tehran. The research method was Descriptive correlational and an applied quantitative data. The statistical population included faculty members out of which 700 people were chosen through cluster random sampling method. All of them were full-time members. To collect the data three standard questionnaires i.e. organizational wisdom by Brown & Green (2006), Job satisfaction by Herzberg (1966) and emotional intelligence by Mayer et al (1999) were used. The descriptive statistic such as (mean, standard deviation …) and inferential statistic (structural equation modeling) with the help of SPSS-21 and LISREL-v8.80 software were described.The results indicated that the proposed model was appropriate and the organizational wisdom had significant effect on job satisfaction with due attention to the mediation role of emotional intelligence.
