چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویتبندی عوامل مؤثر بر تعهد سازمانی و تأثیر آن بر بهرهوری تولید در شرکت ارس خودرو دیزل(آمیکو) انجام شده است. روش انجام این تحقیق از نظر هدف،کاربردی و از حیث روش، توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مقطعی می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه 506 نفرکارمند شرکت را شامل می شود. با استفاده از فرمول نمونهگیری کوکران حجم نمونه 218 نفر برآورد گردید که این میزان از طریق نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق برای جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه جهت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر تعهد سازمانی و از اسناد و مدارک موجود در کارخانه برای اندازهگیری بهرهوری تولید استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل سؤالات تحقیق از روشهای آماری تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، رگرسیون خطی ساده و روش بردار ویژه نیز برای اولویتبندی عوامل مؤثر بر تعهد سازمانی از دیدگاه خبرگان استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که تأثیرگذاری تمامی عوامل لیست شده اولیه (22 عامل) بر تعهد سازمانی تأئید گردید و اولویتبندی بدست آمده به این ترتیب می باشد: 1. عوامل سازمانی،2. عوامل فردی،3. عوامل شغلی- سازمانی،4. عوامل شغلی-محیطی. همچنین میزان تأثیرگذاری تعهدسازمانی بر بهرهوری تولید نیز در سطح معنی داری 019/0،18 درصد به دست آمد.
The purpose of the study was to identify and prioritizethe effectivefactors on organizational commitment and its effect on productionproductivity in ARAS Khodro Diesel Company. The research methodwas applied and sectional descriptive correlation. The statisticalpopulation included all of the employees of Aras Khodro DieselCompany which added up to 506 people. Using Cochran’s Formula,theSample size was 218 people. The sampling method was stratifiedrandom sampling. To gather the data questionnaires were used. Theinferential statistics, heuristic factor analysis, simple linear regressionand eigenvector method were used. The experts' views were used toprioritize the effective factors on organizational commitment. The resultsconfirmed the effect of all initial factors which were listed onorganizational commitment and the priorities of the factors were: 1.Organizational commitment 2. Individual factors 3. Occupationalorganizationalfactors 4. Occupational-environmental factors. The resultsAlsoshowed the significant difference of organizational commitment onproduction productivity.
