ارزیابی و تحلیل شاخص های بهره وری در صنایع تولیدی با استفاده از تکنیک پرامیتی

چکیده مقاله :
بهره وری از عوامل مهم و کلیدی در سنجش میزان به کارگیری مطلوب داده ها در تولیدات صنعتی می باشد، که با ارزیابی و مقایسه آن در سطح سازمان ها و صنایع مختلف، می توان برنامه ریزی مناسبی با هدف اصلاح و بهبود سازمان یا صنعت مربوط و در نهایت پیشرفت کشور ارائه نمود. برای این منظور در این تحقیق تلاش گردیده شاخص های بهره وری صنایع تولیدی را با استفاده از تکنیک پرامیتی در یک دوره زمانی پنج ساله مورد تحلیل قرار گیرد؛ در این راستا شش شاخص بهره وری نیروی کار، بهره وری سرمایه، بهره وری انرژی، بهره وری کل عوامل، درصد حاشیه سود خالص و فروش سرانه را در پنج صنعت: خودرو سازی، فولاد، معادن، پتروشیمی و فلزات اساسی از سال 1387 تا 1391مورد بررسی قرار دادیم که نتایج آن نشان دهنده وضعیت مطلوب تر شاخص های بهره وری در صنعت فولاد در مجموع سال های مورد بررسی می باشد، ضمن آنکه در سال 1391 بیشترین میزان بهره وری در مجموع صنایع تولیدی حاصل گردیده و این مقدار در سال 1389 کمترین مقدار خود را داشته است.
Productivity is one of the main factors in assessing the optimal use of data in industrial production. By evaluation and comparison of productivity in different organizations and industries, a proper planning can be presented to improve the industry and development of the country. For this purpose, we tried to analyze the indicators of productivity in manufacturing industries by using PROMETHEE technique in a five-year period. In this regard, we assessed six factors: Labor Productivity, Capital Productivity, Energy Productivity, Total Factor Productivity, per capita Sales, Net profit margin in five industries: automotive, steel, mining, petrochemicals, and basic metals. The results indicate a more favorable situation in the steel industry. Also, in 2012 the highest level of productivity in all manufacturing industries was achieved and its lowest value was observed in 2010.
