ارزیابی الگوی سازمان یادگیرنده برای شرکت توزیع نیروی برق آذربایجان غربی

چکیده مقاله :
تغییرات بیش از پیش و مداوم و عدم اطمینان در محیطی که سازمانها باید در آن عمل کنند نیاز به اعمال واکنش مناسب از طرف آنها به نیازهای بازار و بهبود کیفیت کالا یا خدمات را افزایش می دهد. در یک جامعه دانشی که تغییر در اطلاعات و نوآوریهای تکنولوژیکی به طرز باورنکردنی سریع بوده و جایی که سرعت توسعه محیط و جامعه دائماًً افزایش می یابد، سازمانها و مؤسسات انتفاعی برای موفق شدن نیاز دارند که بیاموزند و بطور مستمر بهبود یابند. هدف این پژوهش نشان دادن چگونگی ارائه مفهومی از سازمان یادگیرنده، بحث در مورد ضرورت تثبیت و ایجاد چنین سازمانی، ملزومات و مشخصه های آن می باشد. مشخصه ای که سازمانهای یادگیرنده را از سازمانهای سنتی متمایز می کند تسلط بر اصول پایه ای معین می باشد. اصول پنجگانه ای که سنگه[1] شناسایی کرده عبارتنداز: 1) نگرش سیستمی،2) قابلیت شخصی،3) مدلهای ذهنی،4) آرمان مشترک و 5) یادگیری جمعی[2] می باشند. در پژوهش حاضر، برای شناسایی سازمان یادگیرنده در نمونه تحت مطالعه، به ارزیابی فرایند یادگیری بر مبنای پنج اصل سنگه پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را مدیران(میانی و عملیاتی) و کارکنان (اداری و فنی) شرکت توزیع نیروی برق آذربایجان غربی با مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس و فوق لیسانس تشکیل می دهند. برای ارزیابی پنج اصل از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته استفاده شده است. بعد از توزیع و جمع آوری پرسشنامه های مربوطه، برای تحلیل یافته ها از آماره های توصیفی و استنباطی متناسب استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهند که شرکت مورد نظر یادگیرنده نمی باشد و موانعی پیش روی این شرکت می باشند بر این اساس برای تبدیل شرکت تحت مطالعه به سازمان یادگیرنده، راهکارهای اثربخشی ارائه شده اند. Ever-growing changes and uncertainty in the environment in which organisations must function increase the requirements for them to adequately react to market needs and to improve product or service quality. In the knowledge society, where changes in information and technological innovations are incredibly rapid and where the development speed of environment and the society increases constantly, organizations and profit seeking enterprises are forced to learn and improve continually in order to be successful. The purpose of this research is to reveal how to present a concept of a learning organization and to discuss the necessity to establish such an organization with its needs and characteristics. The dimension that distinguishes learning organizations from traditional organizations is the mastery of certain basic principles. The five basic Principles that Peter Senge identifies are: 1) system thinking 2) personal mastery 3) mental models 4) shared vision and 5) team learning. In this research, for identifying learning organization in the sample under study, the learning process based on Senge's five disciplines has been evaluated. The statistical population includes managers (middle and operational) and staff (administrative and technical) of West Azerbaijan electric power distributing company with BA/BSC and M.A/MSc degrees. A researcher-made questionnaire has been used for evaluating the five principles in this organization. After distributing and gathering the relevant questionnaires, the data have been analyzed by appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics. The research findings indicate that the mentioned company is not a learning organization and there are obstructions in the face of this organization. So effective guidelines have been presented for the sample under study to become a learning organization.
