ارزیابی الگوی سازمان یادگیرنده برای شرکت توزیع نیروی برق آذربایجان غربی

ملخص المقالة :
تغییرات بیش از پیش و مداوم و عدم اطمینان در محیطی که سازمانها باید در آن عمل کنند نیاز به اعمال واکنش مناسب از طرف آنها به نیازهای بازار و بهبود کیفیت کالا یا خدمات را افزایش می دهد. در یک جامعه دانشی که تغییر در اطلاعات و نوآوریهای تکنولوژیکی به طرز باورنکردنی سریع بوده و جایی که سرعت توسعه محیط و جامعه دائماًً افزایش می یابد، سازمانها و مؤسسات انتفاعی برای موفق شدن نیاز دارند که بیاموزند و بطور مستمر بهبود یابند. هدف این پژوهش نشان دادن چگونگی ارائه مفهومی از سازمان یادگیرنده، بحث در مورد ضرورت تثبیت و ایجاد چنین سازمانی، ملزومات و مشخصه های آن می باشد. مشخصه ای که سازمانهای یادگیرنده را از سازمانهای سنتی متمایز می کند تسلط بر اصول پایه ای معین می باشد. اصول پنجگانه ای که سنگه[1] شناسایی کرده عبارتنداز: 1) نگرش سیستمی،2) قابلیت شخصی،3) مدلهای ذهنی،4) آرمان مشترک و 5) یادگیری جمعی[2] می باشند. در پژوهش حاضر، برای شناسایی سازمان یادگیرنده در نمونه تحت مطالعه، به ارزیابی فرایند یادگیری بر مبنای پنج اصل سنگه پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را مدیران(میانی و عملیاتی) و کارکنان (اداری و فنی) شرکت توزیع نیروی برق آذربایجان غربی با مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس و فوق لیسانس تشکیل می دهند. برای ارزیابی پنج اصل از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته استفاده شده است. بعد از توزیع و جمع آوری پرسشنامه های مربوطه، برای تحلیل یافته ها از آماره های توصیفی و استنباطی متناسب استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهند که شرکت مورد نظر یادگیرنده نمی باشد و موانعی پیش روی این شرکت می باشند بر این اساس برای تبدیل شرکت تحت مطالعه به سازمان یادگیرنده، راهکارهای اثربخشی ارائه شده اند.
