چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه اثربخشی شفقت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری مثبتنگر بر تعارض والد -فرزند در زنان سرپرست خانوار بود. روش مطالعه نیمهآزمایشی با اجرای پیشآزمون- پسآزمون - پیگیری همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعة آماری شامل زنان سرپرست خانوار شهرکرد در سال 1401 بود. تعداد 60 نفر با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب وبه طور تصادفی در سه گروه گمارده شدند. سپس گروههای آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه شفقت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و درمان شناختی -رفتاری مثبت نگر 120دقیقه ای قرارگرفتند. جهت تعیین اثربخشی مداخلات از پرسشنامه رفتار تعارض رابین و فاستر(20CBQ) استفاده و درنهایت، داده ها توسط آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد هر دو مداخله درکاهش نمره تعارض والد-فرزند زنان سرپرست خانوار اثربخش بودند. همچنین درمان شناختی-رفتاری مثبت نگر درکاهش تعارض والد-فرزند اثربخش تر بود. با توجه به نتایج، میتوان از این دو مداخله در کنار سایر مداخلات روانشناختی در بهبود تعارضات والد- فرزند زنان سرپرست خانوار بهره جست.
چکیده انگلیسی :
The aim of this research was to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness-based compassion therapy and positive cognitive-behavioral therapy on parent-child conflict of female headed households. The design of this study was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up with the control group. The statistical population included female headed households of Shahrekord. 60 women were selected by purposive sampling and were randomly assigned in three groups in 2022. Then experimental groups were treated mindfulness-based compassion therapy and positive cognitive-behavioral therapy for 8 sessions of 120 minutes. the Robin and Foster's Conflict Behavioral Questionnaire (20CBQ) was used to determine the effectiveness of the interventions and finally, the data were analyzed by repeated measure analysis of variance. The finding showed that both interventions are effective in reducing the parent-child conflict score of female headed households, and Also, positive cognitive-behavioral therapy was more effective in reducing parent-child conflict. According to the results of the research, these two intervention can be used along with other psychological interventions to improve the parent-child conflicts of female headed households.
