چکیده مقاله :
Nowadays, in any project, the stakeholders play a major role in the implementation of its activities. Often, the project is sensitive to the actions and decisions made by the stakeholders. Incorrect decisions and lack of responsibilities and low-quality contributions of a wide range of stakeholders can lead to failure in meetings and create problems. In the theory of stakeholders, three features of power, legality, and urgency are expressed as characteristics of stakeholders. The satisfaction of stakeholders, including customers, in particular, is considered one of the most significant key indices of the success of organizations and is propounded as a major advantage in the competitive market. The main objective of this research is to identify and prioritize the success factors consistent with the stakeholders’ engagement in construction equipment manufacturers in the Tehran using factor analysis and finally it will categorize the considered factors in a smaller framework. The methodology of this research will be based on a review of previous articles and research, a number of face-to-face interviews, experimental research, and questionnaire research. In this research, the Delphi technique is used to screen the sub-criteria and the Analytical Network Process (ANP) technique and DEMATEL method are used to determine and prioritize the sub-criteria and measure the internal relationships of the criteria. For this purpose, the pairwise comparison matrix has been used to determine the weight of the criteria. The present research has been conducted in several steps and using various techniques. Based on the findings of the research, the project team criterion has the most interaction with the other studied criteria and the criteria of the project team, organization and external environment are effects. Based on the done calculations, the organization, external environment, and sustainability criteria are placed with normal weights of 0.417, 0.264, 0.181 in the first to third priorities respectively, and reaching the planned quality standard, market availability, project size, and complexity level sub-criteria with normal weights of 0.0525, 0.0454, 0.044 are placed in the first to third priorities of this research.
