چکیده مقاله :
تحقیق حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل مفهومی ارتباط مدیریت استعداد و سرمایه اجتماعی با تعهد سازمانی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان فارس انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی همبستگی و به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل تمامی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان فارس بود که بر اساس اطلاعات کسبشده تعداد این افراد 114 نفر بود. با توجه به تعداد کم جامعه آماری تمامی 114 نفر به شکل تمام شمار بهعنوان نمونه آماری در این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده های تحقیق حاضر شامل 3 پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. در تحقیق حاضر از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. کلیه روند تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای تحقیق حاضر در نرمافزار SPSS وجهت مدل سازی از نرم افزار PLS نسخه 2 استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدیریت استعداد بر تعهد تأثیری به میزان 357/0، سرمایه اجتماعی بر تعهد سازمانی تأثیری به میزان 598/0، همچنین مدیریت استعداد بر سرمایه اجتماعی تأثیری به میزان 958/0 دارد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش به نظر میرسد که مدیریت استعداد نقش مهم و کلیدی در مسیر توسعه مسائل انسانی در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان فارس دارد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
This study aimed to model the conceptual model of the relationship between talent management and social capital with the organizational commitment of the staff of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Fars Province. The method of descriptive correlational research was carried out in a field form. The statistical population of the present study included all employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Fars Province, and based on the information obtained, the number of these people was 114. Finally, after distributing and collecting the questionnaires, 114 questionnaires were analyzed The data was gathered using three standard questionares and a descriptive and inferential approach in statistics were used. Data processings were performed in the SPSS and PLSsoftware. It was found that talent management has an effect of 0.357 on organizational commitment, social capital has an effect of 0.598 on the organizational commitment and talent management has an effect of 0.958 on social capital. As a result, it can seems that talent management played an important and key role in development of human issues in the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars Province.
