Abstract :
This study aimed to model the conceptual model of the relationship between talent management and social capital with the organizational commitment of the staff of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Fars Province. The method of descriptive correlational research was carried out in a field form. The statistical population of the present study included all employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Fars Province, and based on the information obtained, the number of these people was 114. Finally, after distributing and collecting the questionnaires, 114 questionnaires were analyzed The data was gathered using three standard questionares and a descriptive and inferential approach in statistics were used. Data processings were performed in the SPSS and PLSsoftware. It was found that talent management has an effect of 0.357 on organizational commitment, social capital has an effect of 0.598 on the organizational commitment and talent management has an effect of 0.958 on social capital. As a result, it can seems that talent management played an important and key role in development of human issues in the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars Province.
