چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مطالعه توانمندسازی و تمایل به ترک خدمت از طریق هوش سازمانی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس بود. این تحقیق بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و همچنین از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ زمانی، مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس بود و و از این تعداد 260 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های استاندارد پرسشنامه توانمندسازی اسپریتزر (1995)، هوش سازمانی کارل آلبرخت (2003) و تمایل به ترک خدمت کیم و همکاران (2007) استفاده شد. به منظور آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد توانمندسازی و هوش سازمانی با تمایل به ترک خدمت آزمودنی ها رابطه معناداری داشته است. همچنین، بین متغیر توانمندسازی و هوش سازمانی رابطه معناداری وجود داشت و در نهایت؛ نتایج الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که هوش سازمانی در رابطه توانمندسازی و تمایل به ترک خدمت آزمودنی ها، نقش واسطه ای داشته است.
The purpose of this study was to study the empowerment and willingness to leave the service through organizational intelligence of employees of sports and youth departments in Fars. This research was applied in terms of purpose and also in terms of nature and method, a descriptive type of correlation and in terms of time, it was cross-sectional. The statistical population in this study was the staff of Fars Sports and Youth Departments and 260 people were selected as a sample. In this study, the standard questionnaires of Spritzer Empowerment Questionnaire (1995), Karl Albrecht Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire (2003) and the tendency to leave the service of Kim et al. (2007) were used. Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between empowerment and organizational intelligence with the tendency of subjects to leave the service and also the results of structural equation modeling showed that there is a mediating role between organizational intelligence in the field of empowerment and tendency to leave the subjects.
