چکیده مقاله :
چکیدهمقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف تحلیل ساختاری سکوت سازمانی بر ادراک رفتارهای سیاسی و حسادت سازمانی با نقش میانجی سازگاری شغلی انجام شد.روش شناسی پژوهش: ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی علّی (مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری) است. جامعه آماری کلیه اعضای هیأتعلمی دانشگاه پیام نور استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1398 که شامل 164 نفر هیأتعلمی میباشند، با توجه به اینکه کل جامعه مدنظر ما بود، بنابراین نمونه برابر با جامعه میباشد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد (سکوت سازمانی، ادراک رفتارهای سیاسی، حسادت سازمانی، سازگاری شغلی) استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی و سازهای پرسشنامهها تأیید و پایایی پرسشنامهها به ترتیب 74/0،91/0،73/0،87/0 به دست آمد. بهمنظور ارزیابی روابط بین متغیرهای مکنون و اندازهگیری شده در الگوی مفهومی، از مدل یابی ساختاری دادهها با استفاده از دو نرمافزار SPSS و PLS3 استفاده گردید.یافته ها: نتایج و یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از وجود ارتباط مستقیم و معنیداری بین حسادت سازمانی و سکوت سازمانی، ادراک رفتارهای سیاسی و سکوت سازمانی، سازگاری و سکوت سازمانی و وجود ارتباط منفی و مستقیم بین حسادت سازمانی و سازگاری شغلی میباشد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از تأیید نقش میانجی سازگاری شغلی در روابط علّی بین حسادت سازمانی با سکوت سازمانی میباشد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: ارتباط و تعامل اعضای هیأتعلمی با بخشهای مختلف در جهت ارتقا و پیشرفت دانشگاه، تبدیل کردن حس حسادت به رقابت سالم و مثبت، استفاده و بهکارگیری سبک تصمیمگیری مشارکتی و تبادلنظر در مورد مسایل مختلف در جهت به وجود آمدن حس علاقه و اعتماد در میان اعضای هیأتعلمی از مهمترین نتایج تحقیق میباشد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The present study was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of organizational silence on the perception of political behaviors and organizational jealousy with the mediating role of job compatibility. Statistics of all faculty members of Payame Noor University of West Azerbaijan Province in 1398, which includes 164 faculty members, considering that the whole community was considered, so the sample is equal to the community. To collect information from four standard questionnaires (organizational silence, Perception of political behaviors, organizational jealousy, job compatibility) were used. Content and structural validity of the questionnaires were confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.74, 0.91, 0.73, 0.87, respectively, to evaluate the relationships between variables. Hidden and measured in the conceptual model, structural modeling of data using SPSS and PLS3 software was used.The results of the study indicate a significant role between variables, ie there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational silence, between perception of organizational political behavior and organizational silence, between adaptation and organizational silence. And organizational jealousy has a direct and negative relationship with job compatibility. The results also confirm the mediating role of job compatibility the causal relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational silence Communication and interaction of faculty members with different departments in order to better promote the university, turn jealousy into healthy and positive competition, use and apply participatory decision-making style and exchange views on various issues in order to create a sense of interest And trust among faculty members is one of the most important research results.
