چکیده مقاله :
از آنجا که تصمیم گیری مهمترین فاکتور تعیین کننده در سازمانها می باشد، انتخاب متدولوژی مناسب و جامعی که ما را به سمت تصمیم گیری های صحیح تر سوق دهد امری حیاتی است. یکی از روشهای کاربردی تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ، فرآیند تحلیل شبکه ای است که در این مقاله به مرور ادبیات موضوع و تحقیقات انجام شده در آن از نقطه نظر کاربردی پرداخته می شود. به بیان دیگر، این مقاله با یک نگرش خاص بر فرآیند تحلیل شبکه ای ، این تکنیک را از زوایای مختلف کاربردی مورد توجه قرار داده است و سعی داشته با گردآوری مقالات مختلف و دسته بندی آنها ، تصویری منسجم از کاربردهای گوناگون این تکنیک را در ذهن خواننده ایجاد نماید. در این مقاله به مرور تحقیقات انجام شده در حوزه کاربردهای فرآیند تحلیل شبکه ای در حوزه های تولید و خدمات ، بازاریابی و تجارت ، مدیریت دانش ، منابع طبیعی ، مکان یابی ، استراتژی و انتخاب و ارزیابی تأمین کنندگان پرداخته شده است.
Since decision-making is the most important task in organizations, selection of an appropriate & comprehensive methodology to make accurate decisions, is critical. One of the practical techniques of Multi-Criteria Decision-Making is Analytical Network Process (ANP). In this paper, the literature of studies on ANP is reviewed and its different applications are discussed. In other words, we focus on applications of ANP and categorize different researches done in this field to present its wide range of applications. The purpose of the paper is to review ANP researchers in service and production centers, business and marketing, knowledge management, natural resources, location allocation, strategy and supplier selection.
