چکیده مقاله :
سازمان ها جهت پیشرفت و بقاء نیازمند تصمیم گیری بهینه برای منابع و امکانات خود می باشند. باتوجه به آرمان های موجود و در راستای اهداف سازمان، اینکه با چه ترکیب و میزانی مقدار بهینه ی تولید مشخص شود از مهمترین دغدغه های مدیران سازمان ها در سال های اخیر گردیده است. لذا می توان از مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی برای حل مسائل با اهداف چندگانه و گاه متضاد استفاده نمود. در این مقاله سعی شده است که با درنظرگرفتن محدودیت های آرمانی موجود در شمواد ، مقادیر برنامه ریزی جهت تولید دو محصول دی ام تی مذاب و جامد بصورت سالیانه محاسبه گردد. پس از تعیین محدودیت ها و اولویت مربوط به هریک از آرمان ها، تابع هدف مدل مشخص گردید. سپس برای حل آن از روش لکسیکوگراف و الگوریتم انتقالات متوالی استفاده شده است. در نهایت خروجی های مدل پس از تجزیه و تحلیل نشان می دهد که میزان تولید دو محصول دی ام تی مذاب و جامد نسبت به مقدار هدف بترتیب کاهشی 3 درصدی و افزایشی 21 درصدی خواهد داشت.

To development and survival, organizations need to make the optimal decision for their resources. With regard to the organization goals, determining the quantity and composition of products have been the main concerns of managers in recent years. Therefore, goal programming can be used for solving these problems with multiple and sometimes conflicting objectives. In this paper, it is tried to calculate the planning amount of two productions (liquid and solid Dimethyl terephthalate (DMT)) with regard to the FIPCO's goal limitations. After determining limits and priorities of the goals, the objective function was cleared. Then Lexicography technique and Iterative approach were applied to solve the model. After analyzing outputs, the amount of two productions, liquid, and solid Dimethyl terephthalate will respectively decrease 3% and increase 21% compared to the initial planning amount.
