چکیده مقاله :
ضرورت رعایت عوامل توسعه پایدار (بخصوص مسائل زیست محیطی) در صنعت کاشی و سرامیک به علت سهم بالای کارخانجات این صنعت، همواره مورد تاکید بوده است. در این مقاله سعی شده است به بررسی عوامل موثر در توسعه پایدار زنجیره تامین صنعت کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد پرداخته شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی جامع شاخصها و ارائه الگوی جامع پایداری زنجیره تامین در صنایع کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد و همچنین اولویتبندی شاخصها میباشد. در ابتدا، ضمن مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق، تعداد 11 نفر از مدیران حوزه صنعت کاشی و خبرگان دانشگاهی انتخاب گردیدند. نمونهها با روش نمونه-گیری غیراحتمالی نوع گلوله برفی انتخاب گردید و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساخت یافته مولفهها مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت و نمونه گیری تا حصول اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در بخش کیفی، از رویکرد داده بنیاد استفاده گردید که زیرشاخصهای بدست آمده براساس تحلیل دادهبنیاد در 91 کد، 19 مفهوم و 6 مقوله دسته بندی شدند و همچنین یافته های بخش کیفی منجر به ارائهی الگوی جامع پایداری زنجیره تامین در صنایع کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد گردید؛ تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در بخش کمی، با استفاده از روش بهترین- بدترین فازی از طریق نرم افزار Lingo17 اجرا گردید و نتایج بخش کمی منجر به محاسبه وزن و همچنین اولویتبندی ابعاد و شاخصها گردید که مفهوم تجهیزات با وزن نهائی 0.2777 بعنوان مهمترین شاخص و مفهوم جهانی شدن با وزن نهائی 0.0027 بعنوان کم اهمیتترین اولویتبندی شدند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The need to observe the factors of sustainable development (especially environmental issues) in the ceramic-tile industry due to the high share of factories in this industry, has always been emphasized. In this article, we have tried to study the effective factors in the sustainable development of the supply chain of the ceramic-tile industry in Yazd province. The purpose of this study is to identify the indicators and provide a comprehensive model of supply chain sustainability in the ceramic-tile industry of Yazd province and to prioritize the indicators. Initially, while studying the research literature, 11 university administrators and experts were selected. Samples were selected by non-probabilistic snowball sampling method. The components were identified through semi-structured interviews and sampling was continued until theoretical saturation was obtained. In the qualitative part, the grounded theory approach was used. The obtained sub-indices were classified into 91 codes, 19 concepts and 6 categories based on the analysis of the grounded theory approach. Also, the findings of the quality sector led to the presentation of a comprehensive model of supply chain stability in the ceramic-tile industry of Yazd province. Quantitative data analysis was performed using the best-worst fuzzy method through Lingo17 software. And the results of the quantitative section led to the calculation of weight as well as the prioritization of dimensions and indicators. The concept of equipment with a final weight of 0.2777 was prioritized as the most important indicator and the concept of globalization with a final weight of 0.0027 as the least important.
