چکیده مقاله :
ورود اتومبیل به داخل شهرها آسایش بیشتر برای بشریت ایجاد شد و این امر باعث ایجاد تغییرات بسیاری در زندگی روزمره انسان ها گشت. ساختار کلی شهر ها تغییر کرد و خیابان کشی ها فضا های پیاده را کم رنگ تر کرد و این امر به خودی خود باعث تغییرات زیادی در محل سکونت ، کیفیت فضای سکونت در ابعاد گوناگون اجتماعی، فرهنگی، زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و غیره به وجود آورده است. اما با گذشت با درگیر شدن تمام جنبه های زندگی به ابزارات صنعتی نیاز به انسان محور شدن شهرها احساس گشت و یکی از ابعاد این رویکرد ایجاد خیابانهای مخصوص پیاده در مرکز شهر است این ویژگی، جنبه های همچون اتصال، خوانایی، ایمنی و امنیت و دسترسی به خدمات موردنیاز افراد پیاده را در برمیگیرد اما قبل از تبدیل شدن این معابر به پیاده راه برای ساکنان باید فکر چاره اندیشیده شود تا طرح مورد نظر دارای کیفیت خوب و قابل قبولی برای شهروندان گردد.پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و ترکیبی با بررسی نمونه موردی است. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش و سنجش نظر کاربران از روش میدانی، مطالعات کتابخانه ای و پرسشنامه و پیمایش میدانی استفاده شده است. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار , spss استفاده شده است. طبق نتایج بدست آمده مشخص گردید که پیاده راه بوعلی با بسیاری از معیار ها و شاخص های پیاده راه سازی مطابقت دارد اما یک سری مسائل و مشکلات وجود که با دارا بودن پتاسیل این پیاده راه در جهت ارتقا کیفیت سکونت قابل حل و پیگیری آن ها می تواند نقش اساسی ایفا کند. اهدافی که پژوهش مورد نظر دنبال می کند، بهبود دسترسی ها، توسعه پارکینگ عمومی ،نور پردازی ، احیای بافت فرسوده، مبلمان شهری ، نمای یک دست تعامل فرهنگی، امنیت، رفاه اجتماعی، افزایش گردشگری رونق فروش صنایع دستی، افزایش اعتبار محل، بهبود معیشت افراد منطقه ،کاهش آلودی صوتی، کاهش آلایندگی، افزایش فضای سبز می باشد.

Pedestrian paths can be defined as roads that are far from the sidewalks and are used by a wide range of users, including pedestrians, runners, cyclists, etc. Pedestrians are passages with the highest level of social role in which there is complete control with pedestrians and motor vehicles are used only to serve the current life in the passage. and act as a meeting place (both self-planned and self-planned), and provide a space for business, music, art, and other social and cultural activities. Having this place is a necessity for urban life today. Currently, the existing sidewalks face problems and problems, such as traffic problems (motorcycle movement and stopping cars on the sidewalk, etc.), physical problems (level difference in the sidewalk, lack of He mentioned the communication bridge, destruction or unsuitability of the floor, etc.) and service issues These issues in themselves can have a direct impact on the quality of the people living in those areas, both good and bad. In the aesthetic component of the Bu Ali sidewalk in Hamedan, it is one of the components that has attracted the level of people's satisfaction, which includes: proportions, rhythm, scale and complexity, color, order, color, skyline, geometry, variety of urban furniture, physiognomy and, Landscape, Lighting pointed out lighting. In the economic component, tourist attraction is at the highest level of satisfaction, followed by a reduction in transportation costs. This has had many economic, social and environmental consequences for the residents.
