The uncertain functional differential equations are animportant tool to deal with dynamic systems including thepast states in uncertain environments. The contribution ofthis paper to the uncertain functional differential equationtheory is to provide an existence and uniqueness theoremunder the weak Lipschitz condition and the linear growthcondition.
