مطالعه کیفی عوامل مؤثر بر پایبندی به درمان در معتادان تحت درمان در مراکز کمپ در شهر اصفهان

چکیده: هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعۀ کیفی بررسی عوامل پایبندی به درمان در معتادان تحت درمان در مراکز کمپ در شهر اصفهان بود. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و تحلیل مضمو ن بود. جامعۀ پژوهش،کلیۀ معتادان مراکز کمپ شهر اصفهان سال 1397 بود که از مراکز کمپ 10 نفر به شکل هدفمند و به روش همگون انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبۀ نیمهساختاریافته بود که حاوی سؤالات مرتبط با عوامل پایبندی به درمان در معتادان تحت درمان بود. داده های گردآوری شده به کمک روش تحلیل مضمون(Braun & Clarke, 2006) تحلیل شد. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که عوامل پایبندی به درمان شامل شش مقولۀ اصلی است: 1)پایبندی به کمک عوامل خانوادگی، 2)پایبندی به کمک عوامل رفتاری، 3)پایبندی به کمک عوامل معنوی، 4)پایبندی به کمک عوامل اجتماعی، 5)پایبندی به کمک اصلاح زندگی شخصی، 6)پایبندی به کمک عوامل درمانی. درکل نتایج نشان می دهد پایبندی به درمان در معتادان تحت درمان مراکز کمپ در کنار شش عامل مهم مذکور رخ میدهد و درمانگر اعتیاد برای درمان از طریق مراکز کمپ باید به تقویت این شش مؤلفه توجه کند.
Abstract: The aim of the present study is to investigate the factors affecting adherence to treatment in addicts undergoing camps in Isfahan city. This is a qualitative thematic analysis. The statistical society of the survey includes all addicts referred to camps in Isfahan city in 2018. 10 subjects were selected from narcotics anonymous using a purposive homogeneous sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were utilized to collect data. The research tool was a semi-structured interview that included questions related to adherence factors in the treated addicts. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis approach of Braun and Clarke (2000). Our findings demonstrated that adherence to treatment is affected by six major factors: 1) family-related factors 2) behavioral factors, 3) spiritual factors, 4) social factors, 5) tendency to modify personal life and finally, 6) therapeutic factors. In general, these results evince that compliance with treatment in addicts undergoing through camps occur only in the presence of theses six factors and addiction therapists should pay a special attention to improve these factors in treating the addicts
