اثربخشی مداخله سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز (PCI) بر استرس شغلی و سرسختیشغلی کارکنان پرستاری

هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی مداخلۀ سرمایۀ روانشناختی لوتانز (PCI) بر استرس شغلی و سرسختی شغلی پرستاران بود. روش تحقیق آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون_ پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ پژوهش کلیۀ پرستاران شاغل در سال 1396 در بیمارستان چمران شیراز بودند که بر اساس معیارهای ورود، 26 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایشی (13 نفر) و کنترل (13 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایشی در 10 جلسه آموزش (هفتهای 1 جلسه) شرکت کردند، در حالی که گروه کنترل در این جلسات شرکت نداشت. شرکت کننده ها توسط مقیاس سرسختی روانشناختی (مورنو- جیمز و همکاران، 2014) و استرس شغلی پرستاری (گری تافت و اندرسون 1981) ارزیابی شدند. آزمون تجزیه و تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که در مرحلۀ پسآزمون بین سرسختی شغلی و استرس شغلی گروه آزمایشی و گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود داشته است (05/0>p). نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مداخلۀ سرمایۀ روانشناختی لوتانز منجر به افزایش معنا دار میزان سرسختی شغلی، (05/0>p) و کاهش استرس شغلی پرستاران شده است (05/0>p).
The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of psychological capital intervention model (PCI) on occupational hardiness and jab stress of nurses. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with control group. The population of the study consisted of all nurses working in Chamran hospital of Shiraz in 2017. Based on entry criteria 26 subjects were selected by purposive sampling and randomly divided into experimental (13 subjects) and control (13 subjects) group. The experimental group participated in 10 sessions (1-week session), while the control group did not attend the sessions. All subjects were assessed through Occupational Hardiness (Moreno-Jiménez & et al 2014) and Nursing Stress scale (Gray-toft & Anderson, 1981). Analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the post-test between occupational hardiness and jab stress (p <0.05). The results showed that the intervention of PCI intervention resulted in a significant increase in the level of occupational hardiness (p<0.05) and the reduction of nurses' occupational stress.
