چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: مسکن پایدار جزیی مهم در توسعه روستایی به شمار می رود و لذا بررسی و پرداختن به آن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. بر این اساس هدف این تحقیق بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه مسکن پایدار در روستای سرونو علیا استان کرمانشاه می باشد.
روش بررسی: روش تحقیق توصیفی کاربردی و کمی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه جهت استفاده شده است. همچنین از نرم افزار SPSS برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. پایایی ابزار تحقیق با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 84/0 بوده است. روایی ابزار تحقیق از طریق متخصصان جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی روستایی و توسعه روستایی و متخصصان محیط زیست مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. حجم نمونه به استفاده از فرمول کوکران برابر با 110 نفر محاسبه شد و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک بوده است.
یافته ها: تحلیل همبستگی اسپیرمن مشخص شد که ابعاد ساختاری و کارکردی بر مسکن پایدار روستایی تاثیرگذار هستند و نتایج رگرسیون نشان می دهد که از بین این دو بعد، بعد کارکردی(با مقدار بتای 72/0) بیشترین نقش را در پایداری مسکن روستایی دارد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهند که در بعد ساختار مسکن روستایی متغیرهای اقتصادی توجه به اعطای وام برای بهسازی مسکن روستایی اهمیت بالایی دارد. در بعد کارکردی فضولات دامی و پسماندها در سطح روستا معضل مهمی است. همچنین عدم توجه به بافت بومی و محلی و شهری شدن مساکن و بافت روستا از جمله نگرانی های موجود به شمار می رود.

Basic and goal: Sustainable housing is an important part of rural development and therefore it is important to study and address it. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the development of sustainable housing in the village of Serno Alia in Kermanshah province.
Methods: The research method is descriptive and practical. A questionnaire was used to collect information. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The reliability of the research tool was 0.84 using Cronbach's alpha. The validity of the research tool was studied through experts in geography, rural planning and rural development, and environmentalists. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula of 110 people and systematic random sampling was used.
Finding: Spearman's correlation analysis revealed that structural and functional dimensions affect rural housing and the results of regression show that among these two dimensions, functional dimension (with beta value of 0.72) has the most role in rural housing sustainability
Discussion and Conclusion: In the context of rural housing structure, economic variables are of great importance to paying attention to lending for improvement of rural housing. In the functional dimension, animal waste and waste at the village level are an important problem. Also, the lack of attention to the native and local fabric and the urbanization of villages and dwellings are among the worries.
