چکیده مقاله :
چکیده زمینه و هدف: عوارض و پدیدههای طبیعی در مکان گزینی، رشد و توسعه فیزیکی شهرها اثر قاطعی دارند. پدیدههای طبیعی گاه بهعنوان عوامل مثبت و گاه بهعنوان عوامل منفی و بازدارنده عمل میکنند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناخت ویژگیهای ژئومورفولوژیکی و تعیین پایداری ژئومورفولوژی شهر یزد با استفاده از مدل تحلیل پوشش دادهها است. روش بررسی: برای نیل به این اهداف، ابتدا شاخصهای ژئومورفولوژیک مؤثر بر رشد شهر یزد در طی 30 سال (92-1363) که شامل ارتفاع، شیب، جهت، زمینشناسی، مورفولوژی و واحد اراضی است شناسایی و سپس با استفاده پرسش نامه اهمیت آنها در توسعه شهر مشخص گردید. در تطبیق بامطالعه حاضر، مدل تحلیل پوششی دادها طرح گردیده و کارایی واحدها با استفاده از نرمافزار GAMS محاسبه و واحدهای کارا شناخته شد. جهت تعیین کاراترین واحد از مدل اندرسون- پترسون بهره گرفته شد. یافتهها: بر طبق مدل تحلیل پوششی دادها در طی سالهای موردمطالعه (92-1363)، حدود 16% توسعه شهر یزد کاملاً کارا است. به عبارتی سالهای 1364، 1365، 1384، 1388 و 1392 همواره کارایی صد در صد داشتهاند و موقعیت شهر یزد در سال 1365 بر اساس شاخصهای ژئومورفولوژی بهعنوان پایدارترین واحد شناخته شد و با توسعه غالب شهر یزد به سمت جنوب غربی، میزان کارایی کاهش مییابد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق بیان گر آن است که شاخصهای شیب، رسوبات دشت دامنهای و فضاهای مناطق شهری بیش ترین اهمیت را در توسعه شهر یزد دارا میباشند
چکیده انگلیسی:
Abstract Background and Objective: Natural feature have a decisive effect on locating, growth, and physical development of cities. Natural phenomena sometimes act as positive factors and sometimes as negative and deterrent factors. The main objective of this study is to identify the geo-morphological features of Yazd city using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) model in order to determine the sustainability of the city. Method: To achieve these goals, the geo-morphological indicators affecting the growth of Yazd including elevation, slope, aspect, geology, morphology, and pedology (land units) over a 30-year period from 1984 to 2013 were identified. Then, using questionnaire, the importance of indicators in development of the city was specified. Moreover, the DEA model was designed to examine the efficiency of development of Yazd. Efficiency of the units was calculated by GAMS software. The most efficient units involved in development of Yazd were recognized using Anderson and Peterson model. Findings: According to the DEA model during the study period (1984-2013), development of about 16% of Yazd was found to be quite efficient. In other words, during the study period, the years 1985, 1986, 2005, 2009, and 2013 have always had 100% efficiency. The most efficient unit in Yazd, based on the geomorphology indicator, was observed in 1986. Since then, with the development of city mainly in southwest direction the efficiency has been declining. Conclusion: The results show that indicators of slope, piedmont plain sediments, urban areas are playing an important role in the development of Yazd city.
