چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: امروزه مسائل مربوط به بهداشت، ایمنی، محیط زیست به جزئی جدایی ناپذیر در هر تجارت و سازمانی تبدیل شده است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت بندی ریسک های HSEدر خطوط انتقال شرکت گاز استان چهارمحال و بختیاری با ترکیب روش های فراترکیب و دیمتل فازی بوده است.روش بررسی: در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش هفت مرحلهای بارسو و ساندلوسکی فراترکیب، داده ها جمع آوری شد. جامعه آماری کیفی شامل مقاله ها و پژوهشهایی در حیطه موضوع پژوهش بین سالهای 2000 تا 2021 بود، در نهایت 26 پژوهش مرتبط با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. این پژوهش در سال 1401 پژوهش انجام گرفت.یافتهها: پس از بررسی اسنادی این مطالعات، 627 کد باز در قالب سه معیار اصلی و یازده زیرمعیار مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت که شامل: معیار ایمنی (عملکرد و فقدان تجهیزات، نشتی ها و سرریز شدن ها، سقوط ها و ریزش ها، کیفیت حرفه ای عوامل انسانی، فاکتورهای محیطی، سطوح و مواد آسیب زا و عوامل محترقه و شوک ها)، بهداشت (صدمات فیزیکی و انسانی و چالش های محیط کار) و محیط زیست (آلودگی هوا، آلودگی خاک و آلودگی آب) می باشد و کیفیت پژوهش نیز از طریق روش های روایی لاوشه با مقدار 81/0و شاخص تکرارپذیری با مقدار81/0 مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و نهایتاً مدل تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی ای طراحی گردید.بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد، کیفیت حرفه ای عوامل انسانی، صدمات فیزیکی و انسانی و عملکرد و فقدان تجهیزات به ترتیب بیشترین اولویت را داشتند و همچنین کیفیت حرفه ای از عوامل انسانی بیشترین تاثیر گذاری(علت) و صدمات فیزیکی و انسانی بیشترین تاثیر پذیری (معلول) را دارا بودند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and Objective: Today, issues related to health, safety, and the environment have become an integral part of every business and organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize HSE risks in the transmission lines of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province Gas Company by Meta-Synthesis and fuzzy dimethyl methods.
Material and Methodology: In the qualitative section, data were collected using the seven-step "Barso and Sandlowski" meta-Synthesis method. The qualitative statistical population included articles and researches in the field of research between 2000 and 2021. Finally, 26 researches related to purposive sampling were selected. This research was conducted in 2023.
Findings: After documenting these studies, 627 open source codes were identified in the form of three main criteria and eleven sub-criteria, including: safety criteria (performance and lack of equipment, leaks and overflows, falls and falls, Professional quality of human factors, environmental factors, levels and harmful substances and incendiary agents and shocks), health (physical and human injuries and workplace challenges) and environment (air pollution, pollution Soil and water pollution) and The quality of the research was measured by Laosheh methods with a value of 0.81 and the reproducibility index with a value of 0.81 and finally the research model was designed using MAXDA software.
Discussion and Conclusion: The results showed that the professional quality of human factors, physical and human injuries, and performance and lack of equipment had the highest priority, respectively and Also, the professional quality of human factors was the most influential) Cause (and physical and human injuries were the most influential (Effect).
