بررسی مقایسهای تمایل به ترک خدمت، فرسودگی و رضایت شغلی در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت سال1395

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت و افزایش بارکاری بر روی همان تعداد پرستار، بیشک میتواند زمینهسازی برای نارضایتی و به دنبال آن فرسودگی شغلی و ترک شغل پرستاران را در پی داشته باشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مقایسهای تمایل به ترک خدمت، فرسودگی و رضایت شغلی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت بوده است . روش پژوهش: این مطالعه توصیفی - مقایسهای به روش نمونهگیری سهمیهای بر روی 362 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1395، انجام گرفته است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بودکه شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامههای رضایت شغلی اسپکتور، فرسودگی شغلی ماسلاچ و تمایل به ترک خدمت نید بودند. یافتهها: رضایت شغلی پرستاران قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح (0/3917±3/12) و (0/3279±32/12)، فرسودگی شغلی (0/765+4/62) و (0/6374+4/61) و تمایل به ترک خدمت پرستاران (1/141+74/1) و (1/252+2/778) بود. نتایج آزمون تی زوجی تفاوت معناداری را در رضایت شغلی و تمایل به ترک خدمت پرستاران قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح نشان داده (p=0/000). آزمون تی زوجی تفاوت معناداری را در فرسودگی شغلی قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح نشان نداده است (p=0/848 ) . نتیجهگیری: نتایج بیانگر این میباشد، بعد از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت، رضایت شغلی پرستاران کاهش، تمایل به ترک خدمت پرستاران افزایش و فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران ثابت بوده است.
Introduction: The implementation of the health care reform plan and the increase in workload on the same number of nurses can undoubtedly lead to dissatisfaction and Followed by job burnout and Leaving nurses Job. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of comparing the desire to quit serving, burnout and job satisfaction of nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences before and after the implementation of health system development plan. Methods: This Descriptive-comparative study was performed on 362 nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 1395. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire that included demographic characteristics, Spector's Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, Maslach Job Burnout, and need desire to quit serving. Results: The job satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementation of the plan (3.12+0.3917) and (2.98+0.3279), burnout (4.62+0.765) and (4.61+0.8374) And the desire to quit serving of nurses (3.26+1.141) & (2.778+1.252). The results of paired t-test showed a significant difference in job satisfaction and desire to quit serving of nurses before and after the implementation of the plan (p=0.0001). The Paired t-test did not show a significant difference in burnout before and after the implementation of the plan (p = 0.848). Conclusion: The results indicate that after implementing the health system reform plan, job satisfaction of nurses decreased, the desire to quit serving nurses has increased and nursing job burnout has been fixed.
