الگوی راهبردی آموزش کارآفرینی ورزشی در دانشجویان علوم ورزشی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر رویکردهای راهبردی آموزش کارآفرینی ورزشی دانشجویان علوم ورزشی بود. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و به روش داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اعضای هیات علمی دانشکدههای مدیریت کارآفرینی دانشگاههای دولتی، اعضای هیات علمی دانشکدههای علوم ورزشی دانشگاههای دولتی سراسر کشور با تخصص کارآفرینی، اعضا و مدرسین ویژه و منتخب کارگروه اشتغال و کارآفرینی وزارت ورزش و جوانان و کارآفرینان منتخب ورزشی کشور بودند. نمونهگیری به روش هدفمند تعیین شد. جمع آوری دادهها از منابع کتابخانهای و پژوهشهای پیشین و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده گردید. در ادامه از تعداد 19 نفر از خبرگان مصاحبه شد که در نفر 15 به اشباع نظری رسید. سپس دادههای مصاحبه توسط نرم افزار مکس کیودا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: براساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، راهبردهای موثر بر آموزش کارآفرینی ورزشی در 5 مقوله (عوامل بنیادی، تکنولوژیکی، سازمانی، اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی) شناسایی گردید. نتیجه گیری: با عنایت به یافتههای پژوهش، به منظور آموزش کارآفرینی ورزشی، نیاز به مهیا نمودن شرایط احساس میشود. در همین راستا دانشگاهها میتوانند در رویکردهای ساختاری، سازمانی و پایدار به عنوان یک تسهیل کننده عمل نموده و شرایط را برای آموزش کارآفرینی ورزشی دانشجویان علوم ورزشی فراهم آورند. برنامهها باید به سمت خلاقیت و نوآوری سوق داده شوند و با تلفیق دانش نظری و عملی مرتبط با کارآفرینی ورزشی در نهایت از دانشگاه دانش محور به دانشگاه کارآفرین حرکت کنند.
The purpose of the current research was to strategic approaches to teaching sports entrepreneurship in sports science students. The research method was qualitative and based on grounded theory. The statistical population of the research included faculty members of entrepreneurial management faculties of state universities, faculty members of sports science faculties of state universities across the country with entrepreneurship expertise, special and selected members and lecturers of the employment and entrepreneurship working group of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and selected sports entrepreneurs of the country. Sampling was done in a targeted way. Data was collected from library sources and previous researches and semi-structured interviews. Next, 19 experts were interviewed, and opinion saturation was reached in 15 people. Then the interview data was analyzed by Maxqda software. Based on the results of the research, effective strategies on sports entrepreneurship training were identified in 5 categories (fundamental, technological, organizational, information and communication factors). According to the findings of the research, in order to teach sports entrepreneurship, the need to provide conditions is felt. In this regard, universities can act as a facilitator in structural, organizational and sustainable approaches and provide the conditions for sports entrepreneurship education of sports science students. Programs should be directed towards creativity and innovation and by combining theoretical and practical knowledge related to sports entrepreneurship, they should move from a knowledge-oriented university to an entrepreneurial university.
