شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر عملکرد ایمنی شغلی در صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان قزوین (مطالعه موردی: صنعت نساجی)

در دنیای پر رقابت امروز بسیاریاز سازمانها پی برده اند که باید مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت کار را جزء جدایی ناپذیر وضروری خود قرار داده و به آن همانقدر اهمیت دهند که به دیگر مدیریتهای سازمان میدهند. هدف کلی اینپژوهش شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر عملکرد ایمنی در سازمانها است. در پژوهش حاضرجامعه آماری مورد بررسی صنایع کوچک و متوسط نساجی استان قزوین است که با توجه بهجدول مورگان تعداد حجم نمونه 260 نفر برآورد گردید. دادهها با استفاده ازتکنیکمدلسازی معادلات ساختاریو با استفاده از نرم افزار آیموس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. با تجزیه و تحلیلدادهها مشخص گردید که درصنایع متوسط، متغیرهای مستقل تاثیر معنی داری بر متغیرهای وابسته دارند. درحالیکهدر صنایع کوچک تنها مدیریت ریسک بر روی رعایت ایمنی و مشارکت ایمنی تاثیر میگذارد. نتایج حاکی ازاهمیت نقش رهبری ایمنی و مدیریت ریسک در ارتقای رفتار ایمنی و رضایت کارکنان است. اینیافتهها دارای اهمیت خاصبرای مدیریت است چرا که شواهدی در مورد فاکتورهایی ارائه مینماید که شرکتها راتشویق به کاهش ریسک و بهینه سازی عملکرد ایمنی میکند.
These days in the competitive world, most of organizations found that the safety management and labor health are to be inseparable part of themselves and value them the same as other managements in the organization. The main goal of this research is to identify influencing factors on the performance of workforce health in organizations. In this paper, statistical population is the small and medium textile industries in Qazvin province with 800 workers that by taking the total number of population and Morgan chart into account, the sample size is 260 workers. The data analyzed by the structural equation modeling technique and the AMOS software. Through the analyzes of the data it is shown that in medium industries independent variables have great meaningful effect of dependent variables. While in small industries only the risk management effects on the safety following and safety participation. Results show the influence of safety leadership and risk management on increasing safety behavior and workers satisfaction. These findings are important for the management; because, it shows evidences about the factors that encourage companies to decrease risk and optimize their safety performance.
