چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: هدف این تحقیق سنجش مهارتهای شهروندی دیجیتال دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر سنندج بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ازنظر ﻫﺪف ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدى و از ﺣﻴﺚ روش ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻰ - ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻰ اﺳﺖ. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل دانشآموزان پسر و دختر (شهری) پایههای دهم، یازدهم و دوازدهم رشتههای ادبیات و علوم انسانی، ریاضی فیزیک و علوم تجربی شهر سنندج بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی دردسترس 663 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ محقق ساخته مبتتی بر چارچوب مهارتهای شهروندی دیجیتال ریبل (2012) بود که ضریب پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 88/. به دست آمد. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار spss 26 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که دانشآموزان در بعد تجارت و امنیت دیجیتال دانش و عملکرد ضعیف، در بعد سلامت و تندرستی دیجیتال دانش متوسط و در بعد ارتباطات، سواد، آداب و مسئولیتهای دیجیتال، قانون دیجیتال و حقوق و مسئولیتهای دیجیتال دانش و عملکرد خوبی داشتند.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان از این یافتهها برای برنامهریزی و سیاستگذاری در حوزه مهارتهای دیجیتال دانشآموزان و تولید محتوی آموزشی مناسب استفاده کرد.
Introduction: The purpose of this research was to assess the digital citizenship skills of second-grade high school students in Sanandaj.
research methodology: The purpose of this research was to assess the digital citizenship skills of second-grade high school students in Sanandaj. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study included male and female (urban) students in the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grades of Humanities, Mathematics and Physics, and Experimental Sciences in Sanandaj, of whom 663 were selected using the convenience non-random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on Ribble’s (2012) digital citizenship skills framework, the reliability coefficient of which was obtained as 0.88 using Cronbach’s alpha. SPSS 26 software was used to analyze the data.
Findings: The results showed that students had poor knowledge and performance in the dimensions of digital commerce and digital security, moderate knowledge in the dimension of digital health and wellness, and good knowledge and performance in the dimensions of digital communication, digital literacy, digital etiquette, digital law, and digital rights and responsibilities.
Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, these findings can be used for planning and policy-making in the field of students’ digital skills and producing appropriate educational content.
