تحلیل نشانهشناختی فرهنگی نگاره « گفتار اندر رزم سهراب با گردآفرید» از شاهنامۀ شاه طهماسبی براساس روش یوری لوتمان

چکیده مقاله :
بررسی نگاره رزم سهراب با گردآفرید از شاهنامه شاه طهماسبی از منظر نشانه¬شناسی فرهنگی موضوع مورد بحث در این پژوهش است. بدین منظور پس از معرفی مختصر آراء نظریه پردازان دانش نشانه-شناسی، از دیدگاه یوری لوتمان در حوزۀ تقابل طبیعت و فرهنگ برای تبیین نشانه¬های تصویری و بازیابی معانی بهره گرفته شده است. تطبیق نشانه¬های فرهنگی مسلط بر نگاره و متن، همچنین جستجوی وجوه معناشناختی آنها لایه¬های پنهان این نگاره را آشکار میسازد. این شیوۀ بررسی به خواننده کمک می¬کند تا به ذهنیت نگارگر در بارۀ داستان طرح شده دسترسی بیشتری داشته باشد. این پژوهش از نوع نظری، به روش توصیفی و با شیوۀ تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است و هدف آن شناخت و تفسیر نشانه-های تصویری و ارتباط آن با متن شاهنامه است. پس از بررسی نگاره به مقایسۀ عناصر نشانه¬ شناختی آن و ارتباط و میزان اشتراک و افتراق آن با متن و شرایط تولید نگاره پرداخته شده است. یافته¬ها حاکی از آن است که نگارگر علاوه بر پایبندی به متن شاهنامه در ایجاد نشانه¬های بصری از نشانه¬های فرهنگی روزگار خود هم بهره جسته است.
The study examines the illustration of the battle between Gordafarid and Sohrab from the Shahnameh of Shah Tahmasp from the perspective of cultural semiotics. After providing a brief introduction of the theorists' views in the science of semiotics, Yuri Lotman's approach in the domain of the contrast between nature and culture is used to explain the visual signs and to retrieve meanings. By comparing the dominant cultural signs in the illustration and the text and exploring their semantic aspects, the hidden layers of this illustration are revealed. This method helps the reader better understand the illustrator's attitude about the narrated story. This theoretical paper employs a descriptive method and content analysis to recognize and interpret visual signs and to explore their connection with the Shahnameh text. After examining the illustration, the semiotic elements are compared. The connection and the degree of similarity and difference with the text and the context of the illustration's production are discussed. The findings indicate that not only had the illustrator remained true to the text of the Shahnameh, but also had employed the cultural symbols of his era to create visual signs.
