مقدمه و هدف: اين تحقيق با هدف ارايه الگوی شفافیت سازمانی با رویکرد تعالی سازمانی در نظام آموزشی با رويكرد دادهبنياد انجام گرفت. روش شناسی پژوهش: اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي از منظر نوع دادهها كيفي ميباشد. مشاركت كنندگان اين تحقيق اساتيد دانشگاه با مدرك تحصيلي دكتراي مدیریت آموزشي و علوم تربيتي و مدیران ارشد اداره كل آموزش و پرورش استان تهران ميباشند كه به روش گلولهبرفي تا حد اشباع نظري انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی با استفاده از نرمافزار MAXQDA10 صورت پذیرفته است. یافته ها: پس از تجزیه و تحلیل دقیق مصاحبهها، یافتههای پژوهش منجر به شناسایی 73 مفهوم استخراجی از 11 مقوله اصلی شد. بر اساس ابعاد ششگانه مقولههای الگوی پارادایمی آنگاه مقولهها بر اساس ابعاد ششگانه مقولههای الگوی پارادایمی (شرایط علّی، پدیده محوری، عوامل زمینهای، عوامل مداخلهگر، راهبردها و پیامدها) جای گذاری شده و مدل نهایی پژوهش حاصل گردید. مدل پارادمی تحقیق در شرایط علّی شامل 1-عوامل ساختاري، 2-عوامل فرهنگي - محيطي؛ مقولههای در بخش شرایط زمینهای شامل 1- عوامل درون سازمانی، 2- عوامل برون سازماني؛ مقولههای در بخش شرایط مداخلهگر شامل 1- عوامل سازماني، 2- عوامل محيطي؛ مقولههای در بخش راهبردها شامل 1- راهبردهاي درونسازماني، 2- راهبردهاي مبتني بر فنآوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات ).
Introduction: this research was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of organizational transparency with an approach to organizational excellence in the educational system with a data-based approach. research methodology: This research is an applied research in terms of its purpose and qualitative data type. The participants of this research are university professors with a doctorate in educational management and educational sciences and senior managers of the General Directorate of Education of Tehran Province, who were selected and studied using the snowball method until theoretical saturation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding using MAXQDA10 software. Findings: After a detailed analysis of the interviews, the research findings led to the identification of 73 extracted concepts from 11 main categories. Based on the six dimensions of the paradigmatic model categories, the categories were then placed according to the six dimensions of the paradigmatic model categories (causal conditions, pivotal phenomenon, contextual factors, intervening factors, strategies and consequences) and the final research model was obtained. The paradigmatic model of research in causal conditions includes 1-structural factors, 2-cultural-environmental factors; categories in the contextual conditions section include 1-internal factors, 2-external factors; categories in the intervening conditions section include 1-organizational factors, 2-environmental factors; categories in the strategies section include 1-internal strategies, 2- strategies based on information and communication technology).
