سلامت زیستی و رشد معنوی خانواده در پرتو تعالیم تغذیهای قرآن و امام رضا(ع)

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: خانواده به عنوان مهمترین نهاد اجتماعی که سلامت زیستی و معنوی آن همواره مورد توجه بوده و به همین علت دقت در خوراک و تغذیه به عنوان اصلی مهم و اساسی در تأمین سلامت افراد خانواده از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار و از جمله دلایل سلامت زیستی و کمال انسانی و رشد خانواده و جامعه است. با تغییرات سبک زندگی و گسترش سلطه فناوریهای نوین بر زندگی عصر حاضر، سلامت زیستی و تغذیهای دستخوش تغییرات و چالشهایی شده که لازم است با رجوع به منابع اصیل و کاربردی مانند دستورات قرآن و سیره امام رضا(ع) جهت کنترل و رفع آنها تلاش شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش و جایگاه تعالیم تغذیهای در سلامت زیستی و رشد معنوی خانواده است. روش: باتوجه به ماهیت موضوع روش پژوهش کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی – تحلیلی با استناد به منابع قرآنی و روایی و نتایج تحقیقات علمی مرتبط استفاده گردید. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد از اصول مهم در سلامتی زیستی خانواده مبتنی بر تغذیه؛ توجه و نگریستن در تغذیه و تأکید بر حلال بودن آن و تناسب با زمان(فصل)و مکان(موقعیت جغرافیایی)همراه با رعایت آداب غذاخوردن است که ضامن سلامت زیستی افراد خانواده و رشد معنوی آنان از جهات متعدد و در نهایت تعالی و رشد اعضای جامعه خواهد بود. نتیجهگیری:علیرغم تأثیرپذیری خانواده از عوامل مختلف، دقت و توجه به تغذیه و آداب آن همواره مورد تأکید دستورات دینی و سیره رضوی بوده است که نشان از اهمیت آن در سلامت زیستی و رشد معنوی خانواده و جامعه است.
Introduction: The family is the most important social institution whose biological and spiritual health has always been of great importance, and for this reason, carefulness in food and nutrition is an important and fundamental principle in ensuring the health of family members and is one of the reasons for biological health, human perfection, and the growth of the family and society. However, with changes in lifestyle and the expansion of the dominance of new technologies over modern life, biological and nutritional health has undergone changes and challenges that need to be controlled and resolved by referring to authentic and practical sources such as the commands of the Quran and the life of Imam Reza (AS). For this reason, the aim of the present study is to examine the role and position of nutritional teachings in biological health and spiritual growth of the family. Method: Given the nature of the subject, a qualitative research method was used with a descriptive-analytical approach, citing Quranic and narrational sources and the results of relevant scientific research. Findings: The findings of the study showed that the important principles in the biological health of the family are based on nutrition; Paying attention to nutrition and emphasizing its halalness and its suitability with time (season) and place (geographical location) along with observing eating habits will guarantee the biological health of family members and their spiritual growth in many ways, Conclusion: Despite the influence of various factors on the family, careful attention to nutrition and its habits .
