شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی معیارهای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریت در بیمارستان‌های استان اردبیل

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی معیارهای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریت در بیمارستان‌های استان اردبیل انجام شده است. در این پژوهش کاربردی که در سال 1400 انجام شده است، جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدیران، اعضای هیات مدیره، روسا و سرپرستان بخش، مدیریت پرستاری و مدیر آموزش بیمارستان‌های استان اردبیل که 583 نفر بودند تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش 234 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخت بود که پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی آن، داده‌ها جمع‌آوری و در نهایت با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS26 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان دادند مؤثرترین متغیر عوامل مالی با ضریب رگرسیون 389/0 بوده و در مقابل کم اثرترین متغیر در معیارهای تصمیم گیری مدیریت معیاراجتماعی با ضریب رگرسیون 208/0 می‌باشد. مراکز درمانی برای ارایه خدمات بهتر باید از معیارهای استاندارد تصمیم‌گیری مدیریت استفاده -کنند. با توجه به نقش حساس بیمارستانها شناسایی معیارهای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریت استفاده از معیارهای کمی و کیفی و همچنین بهره‌گیری از نظر خبرگان بسیار حائز اهمیت می‌باشد، تا از این طریق بتوان خدماتی قابل قبول و با صرفه به لحاظ اقتصادی برای مردم تدارک دید.
The aim of this study was to identify management decision-making criteria in hospitals of Ardabil province. In this applied research conducted in 1998, the statistical population of the study consisted of managers, members of board of directors, heads and supervisors of the wards, nursing management and education director of hospitals in Ardabil province, which numbered 583 people. The research sample was 234 people who were selected by stratified sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that after confirming its validity and reliability, the data were collected and finally analyzed using SPSS26 software. The results showed that financial factors with regression coefficient of 0.389 were the most effective variable and in contrast, social criteria with regression coefficient of 0.208 were the least effective variable in decision-making criteria of management . Medical centers should use standard management decision criteria to provide better services. Due to the critical role of hospitals, identifying management decision-making criteria, using quantitative and qualitative criteria, as well as utilizing the opinion of experts, is very important, so as to provide acceptable and economically viable services for people.
