بررسی رابطه خود افشایی با دشواری در تنظیم هیجان دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد تهران

چکیده مقاله :
چکیده: مقدمه: امروزه به دلیل نقش بسیار مهمی که هیجانها در زندگی انسانها دارند، ابراز و افشاي آنها میتواند سودمندي¬هاي زیادي را براي افراد به ارمغان آورد. لذا مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی مقیاس خود افشایی و رابطه آن با دشواری در تنظیم هیجان دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد تهران انجام شد. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی انجام شد .جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه های آزاد شهر تهران که در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، که حجم نمونه برابر با 500 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که به روش تصادفی و خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه خودافشایی جرارد (1974) و پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گوتز و روثمر (2004) استفاده شد. که جهت بررسی روایی پرسشنامه های مذکور از روایی سازه و محتوا استفاده شد. روایی محتوا از نظر اساتید و همچنین تعدادی از خبرگان تأیید شد و جهت بررسی روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد و برای اندازه گیری روایی سازه از شاخص آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بیش از 7/0 بدست آمد که نشان دهنده پایایی پرسشنامه ها بود. داده ها به روش توصیفی و استنباطی از طریق نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان می دهند سطح معنی داری متغیر خودافشایی (0.000) کمتر از 05/0 است. بنابراین بین متغیر خودافشایی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان دانشجویان همبستگی معناداری دارد نتیجه گیری: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد؛ از نظر دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه های آزاد شهر تهران بین خودافشایی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و مستقیم وجود دارد.

Abstract: Introduction: Today, due to the very important role that emotions have in human life, their expression and disclosure can bring many benefits to people. So, this article aims to investigate the psychometric properties of the self-disclosure scale and its relationship with the difficulty in regulating the emotions of female students of Azad University of Tehran, Research Methods: This descriptive-correlation study was conducted. The statistical population includes all female students of Azad Universities in Tehran who were studying in the academic year of 1402-1401, and the sample size was considered equal to 500 people. Random and multi-stage cluster were selected. The research tools included Gerrard's self-disclosure questionnaire (1974) and Goetz and Rothmer's (2004) difficulty in emotion regulation questionnaire were used. In order to check the validity of the mentioned questionnaires, construct and content validity were used. Content validity was confirmed by professors and also a number of experts, and confirmatory factor analysis was used to check construct validity, and Cronbach's alpha index was used to measure construct validity, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was more than 0.7, which indicates reliability. It was questionnaires. The data was analyzed descriptively and inferentially through SPSS software. Findings: The results show that the significance level of the self-disclosure variable (0.000) is less than 0.05. Therefore, there is a significant correlation between the self-disclosure variable and the difficulty in regulating students' emotions Conclusion: The results of data analysis showed; According to female students of Azad universities in Tehran, there is a positive and direct relationship between self-disclosure and difficulty in regulating students' emotions.
