فرایند تحلیل شبکه (DANP) از عوامل موفقیت کسب و کارهای استارتاپی مبتنی بر تکنولوژی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش: انقلاب فناورى با ایجاد امکان دسترسى گسترده تر به اینترنت در قالب دســتگاه هاى تلفن همراه هوشمند، منجر به تحول جامعه و پیدایش اســتارتاپهاى دیجیتال و پلتفرمى شـده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر فرایند تحلیل شبکه (DANP) از عوامل موفقیت کسب و کار های استارتاپی مبتنی بر تکنولوژی میباشد.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف آن، کاربردی-توسعه ای و از لحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی و از حیث شیوه اجرا، کمی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 10 نفر از مديران استارتاپ ها با سابقه 10 سال به بالا و سابقه مديريتي حداقل ده ساله و رشته تخصصی آنان مدیریت کسب و کار می باشد و به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده هاي بخش دیمتل و فرایند تحليل شبكه جهت اولويت بندي متغيرها از پرسشنامه دیمتل استفاده شد. برای اولویت بندی عوامل موثر از روش دنپ (ترکیب دیمتل و فرآیند تحلیل شبکه (ANP) استفاده شد.
نتایج یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد کارآفرینی فناورانه، نظارت تکنولوژیکی، کسب و کار فناورانه، ظرفیت جذب دانش، تعاملات دانشگاه با صنعت، آینده نگری فعال، مدیریت ریسک، یادگیری سازمانی، تامین مالی، کیفیت محصول و خدمات، خلاقیت و نوآوری، فرهنگ نوآوری و کارآفرینی، رضایت مشتری، عملکرد درک شده، پارکهای علم و فناوری و توسعه و انتقال کارآفرینی به ترتیب در الویت اول تا شانزدهم قرار دارند.
Research Objective: The technological revolution has led to the transformation of society and the emergence of digital and platform startups by creating wider access to the Internet in the form of smart mobile devices. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the network analysis process (DANP), one of the factors for the success of technology-based startup businesses.
Research Method: The research method is applied-developmental in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection and quantitative in terms of implementation. The statistical population of the study includes 10 startup managers with 10 years of experience and at least ten years of management experience and their field of specialization is business management, and they were selected using purposive sampling. The DEMATEL questionnaire was used to collect data from the DEMATEL section and the network analysis process to prioritize variables. The DENP method (a combination of DEMETL and analytic network process (ANP)) was used to prioritize the effective factors.
Results: The results showed that technological entrepreneurship, technological monitoring, technological business, knowledge absorption capacity, university-industry interactions, active foresight, risk management, organizational learning, financing, product and service quality, creativity and innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship culture, customer satisfaction, perceived performance, science and technology parks, and entrepreneurship development and transfer are in the first to sixteenth priority, respectively.
