ارائه الگوی حکمرانی اقتصاد مقاومتی در ورزش ایران : رویکرد پیش آیندها و پیامدهای اجتماعی شرایط تحریم

چکیده مقاله :
روش پژوهش مطالعة موردی کیفی است و مشارکتکنندگان مدیران ورزشی کشور نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی هستند. با بهرهگیری از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و تکنیک اشباع نظری، آگاهی دهندگان کلیدی )شامل17نفر برای شناسايی چارچوب تعاملات سیاسی-حقوقی) انتخاب شده اند و با آنها مصاحبه به عمل آمده است .ابزار مورد استفاده برای شناسايی عوامل مدل تعاملات سیاسی-حقوقی سازمان های ورزشی و مجلس شورای اسلامی ، مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند) با گروه های کانونی (و مطالعه اسناد بوده است. برای تامین روایی و پایایی مطالعه از روش ارزیابی لینوکلن و گوبا استفاده شد. مدل پارادایمی این پژوهش بر اساس الگوی پارادایمی استراوس و کوربین طراحی شد.
در این پژوهش عوامل محیطی، عوامل حکمرانی؛ عوامل اخلاقی، عوامل اجتماعی و عوامل ساختاری به عنوان مقوله های مربوط به شرایط علّی شناسایی شدند. توسعه قواعد اقتصادی، فرصت ورزی، ایجاد زیر ساخت ها مالی، استاندارد سازی حکمرانی کنترل هزینه ها و ارزش پیشنهادی به عنوان عوامل اصلی زمینه ای هستند. و دو مقوله توجه به ورشکستگی ورزش و عدم رفتارهای حرفه ای مدیران ورزشی به عنوان مقوله های مداخله گر در نظر گرفته شده است. رویکردها، فرایندها، بی طرفی سیاسی و رفتار اثر گذارانه به عنوان مقوله محوری و در این پژوهش ایجاد بستر تصمیم گیری استراتژیک، ایده سنجی و ایجاد سیاست های رشد و توسعه اقتصادی به عنوان راهبرد های این پژوهش در نظر گرفته شده است. .
چکیده انگلیسی :
The research method is a qualitative case study, and the participants are sports managers in the country and representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. Using purposive sampling and theoretical saturation techniques, key informants (including 17 people to identify the framework of political-legal interactions) were selected and interviewed. The tools used to identify the factors of the political-legal interactions model of sports organizations and the Islamic Consultative Assembly were semi-structured interviews (with focus groups) and document study. To ensure the validity and reliability of the study, the Linoclon and Guba assessment method was used. The paradigm model of this research was designed based on the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin.
In this research, environmental factors, governance factors; ethical factors, social factors and structural factors were identified as categories related to causal conditions. The development of economic rules, opportunism, creation of financial infrastructure, standardization of governance, cost control and value proposition are the main contextual factors. And two categories of attention to sports bankruptcy and lack of professional behavior of sports managers are considered as intervening categories. Approaches, processes, political neutrality and influential behavior are considered as The title of the central category and in this research, creating a platform for strategic decision-making, idea evaluation, and creating economic growth and development policies are considered as the strategies of this research.
