چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدلی به منظور ارتقای توانمندیهای حرفهای اعضای هیأت علمی واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران با تراز جهانی انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی و از نوع کاربردی بود و در آن از رهیافت ترکیبی (کمی – کیفی) استفاده گردید. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اعضای هیأت علمی شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران بودند که تعداد آنان 5633نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای و ساده و جدول مورگان به میزان 322 نفر انتخاب و بهمنظور گردآوری دادهها در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی ابزار اندازه گیری به صورت روایی محتوا و سازه مورد تایید قرار گرفت . و به منظور سنجش پایایی نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که ضریب کلی آن89/0 بود. تحلیل دادهها در بخش کمی از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و جهت ارائه مدل نهایی تحقیق از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرمافزار اسمارت پی آل اس استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که ابعاد توانمندسازی حرفهای عبارتند از اعتمادسازی، تیم سازی، دانش، ارتباطات و فرهنگ سازمانی. و شاخصهای تراز جهانی عبارتند از: بعد پژوهشی، بعدآموزشی، بعد پژوهش در ارتباط با مقالات، کنفرانسهای بینالمللی و بعد وجهه بینالمللی. بر اساس این ابعاد و مولفه ها مدلی ارائه شد که برازش آن مناسب بود.
The purpose of this study was to present a model to enhance the professional abilities of faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Tehran a global level. Research method in terms of purpose, application and fundamental In terms of data collection method, it was a descriptive survey and according to the type of data, it was a combination of exploratory type. In the quantitative part of the statistical population, the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran were 5633 people. 322 individuals were selected using simple cluster random sampling and Morgan table. Interview and questionnaire were used for data collection. The validity of the measuring instrument was confirmed as content and construct validity. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure reliability with a total coefficient of 0.89. Data analysis was done in quantitative phase in two parts: descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics (structural equations and t-test) using SPSS and LISREL software. The findings showed that dimensions of professional empowerment include trust building, team building, knowledge, communication and organizational culture. And global alignment indicators are: research dimension, educational dimension, article research dimension, international conferences and international reputation dimension. On the basis of these dimensions and components, a model was presented that was suitable to fit.
