چکیده مقاله :
از جمله مولفه های اساسی که جایگاه مهمی در رفتار فردی به عنوان آغازگر، استمرار بخش و جهت دهنده آن دارد، انگیزش است. با توجه به غنای تعالیم اسلامی در زمینه جهت دهی و تحریک رفتار در سطوح فردی و اجتماعی و تجربه عمومی موفق آن در شکل دهی و تولید رفتارهای مورد نظر و از سوی دیگر ضرورت های ایجابی و سلبی و اتکا به تعالیم دینی در تولید علوم بومی انسانی و کاربست علم در عمل، پرداختن به انگیزش به عنوان شاخص ترین جهت دهنده رفتار، با رویکردی دینی، اهمیتی دو چندان می یابد. این پژوهش با هدف توسعه چارچوبی برای انگیزش مبتنی بر قرآن کریم و از طریق روش فرایند چرخه ای تحلیل انجام شد. این روش مشتمل بر چهار مرحله گردآوری دادهها و اطلاعات، تقلیل داده ها، سازماندهی و تفسیر میباشد که امکان تحلیل دادههای کیفی پراکنده و پر بعد را فراهم میکند. جامعه آماری (قلمرو) این پژوهش کلیه آیات قرآن کریم میباشد که پیام های انگیزشی موجود در آیات مورد کاوش قرار گرفته است. همچنین با توجه به ماهیت کیفی پژوهش، از کاربرگهای محققساخته مبتنی بر روش کیفی فرآیند چرخه ای تحلیل به عنوان ابزار، استفاده شده است. یافته های حاصل در مرحله اول در قالب پیام انگیزشی گرد آوری شد که در نهایت در یک طبقه بندی و در سه حوزه جهت گیری، اصول و روش انگیزش در قالب مفهوم طبقه بندی گردید. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش امید است هم زمینهی توسعهی مفاهیم سازمانی به ویژه مفهوم انگیزش با رویکردی اسلامی در کشور فراهم آید و هم مدیران بتوانند با انگیزش موثرتر سرمایه انسانی سازمان خود سطح و کیفیت رفتار و عملکرد آنان را بهبود بخشند و از این مسیر سازمان های خود را به سمت بهره وری و تعالی بیشتر در زمینه های عملکردی و فرهنگی متناسب با فرهنگ بومی و اسلامی سوق دهند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Motivation is one of the fundamental components that as an initiator and a director has a vital position in individual behavior. Paying attention to motivation as the most driving forces of behavior, with religious perspective has become so much important on account of the richness of Islamic teachings in directing and evoking individual and social behavior, its general successful experience in formulating and producing expecting behavior, and finally the necessity of being depended on religious teachings in producing local human sciences and application of science in action. The aim of this study was to develop a motivational framework based on holey Quran by using cyclical process of analysis method. This method including four steps: data collection and analysis, data reduction, organizing and interpretation. These steps provide the possibility of analyzing scatter and multi-dimensional qualitative data. Research population including all verses of holy Quran with motivational message. Furthermore, due to the nature of qualitative research, the researcher-made worksheets based on qualitative method of cyclical process of analysis was used as an instrument. The findings of the first phase were collected in the form of motivational messages and finally classified in scopes including: orientation, principles and methods of motivation. According to the results, it is hoped that the context of organizational concepts development especially motivational concept with Islamic approach being provided in our country and on the other hand, managers be able to increase human capital motivation to improve level and quality of their behavior and performance. Besides through this way they lead their organization to more efficiency and excellence in functional and cultural contexts fit for local and Islamic culture.
