Abstract: The aim of this study was provide A Comprehensive model of factors affecting Establishment of Knowledge Management. Due to the nature of the research and the data-collection method, this is a descriptive- survey research and in terms of purpose, this is an "applied" research. Population of this study includes the Academic and Professional Experts In the field of knowledge management. 33 people of them were selected as sample using Non-probabilistic and intentional method and required data was collected by a researcher made questionnaire. In this research after reviewing the literature and exploratory studies on knowledge management, Factors affecting the establishment of knowledge management Summarized In four areas of human resources, structure, infrastructure and strategy. Then by using Three-stage Delphi questionnaire the dimensions and components of each dimension has been confirmed by a number of academic and professional elite. In the following Performed Confirmatory factor analysis for each of the variables was performed using SmartPLS 3 software individually for each variable To determine the The data are synchronized With a certain factor structure. The results is included Development of the concept of knowledge management; Introduction Factors related to human resources (knowledge-based approach to attract and recruit, empowerment by knowledge based approach, motivating triggers knowledge, teamwork, knowledge culture), Structural factors (corporate communications support knowledge, knowledge construction organization, knowledge management processes), Factors infrastructure (hardware, software, networking, knowledge repositories, security policy in KM) And strategic factors (socialization, externalization, combination, internalization). At the end the research results demonstrate a Comprehensive model of factors affecting Establishment of Knowledge Management.
