چکیده مقاله :
چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدل مدیریت عملکرد اعضای هیات علمی بر اساس مؤلفههای سرمایه فکری است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، یک روش آمیخته (کمّی- کیفی) است. و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج (n=650) است و حجم نمونه آماری براساس جدول مورگان و روش نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی ساده بوده است. ابزار جمع آوری دادهها، شامل دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، یکی مدیریت عملکرد و دیگری بررسی میزان تناسب مدل از نظر صاحب نظران و یک پرسشنامه استاندارد سرمایه فکری بنتیس (2004) بوده، دادههای به دست آمده؛ با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه مدیریت عملکرد 98/0 و پرسشنامه میزان تناسب مدل از نظر متخصصان 81/0 به دست آمده است همچنین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه استاندارد سرمایه فکری بنتیس نیز 87/0 محاسبه شده که ضرائب مذکور برای هر سه پرسشنامه حاکی از اعتبار بالای ابزار اندازهگیری است. برای بررسی ابعاد و مؤلفههای مدیریت عملکرد، سرمایه فکری و همچنین برای بررسی میزان تناسب مدل با نظر متخصصان از آزمون تی تک نمونهای بهره گرفته شد و نتاج حاصل حاکی از معنادار بودن همه متغیرها گردید. به عبارت دیگر ابعاد و مؤلفههای مدیریت عملکرد در 27 بعد و 127 مؤلفه و ابعاد و مؤلفههای سرمایه فکری در 3 بعد سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه ساختاری، و سرمایه ارتباطی و 42 مؤلفه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. نتایج کلی حاصل از پژوهش فوق حاکی از تایید بالای الگوی مذکور از سوی صاحب نظران و متخصصان است.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to design a performance management model for faculty members based on the components of intellectual capital. From the point of view, the method is a quantitative and qualitative method. From the viewpoint of information gathering, it is a survey descriptive. Survey research community , All faculty members of Karaj Islamic Azad University. The sample of the sample was Morgan table based on the Morgan table and random sampling was used. Data gathering tool, two researcher-made questionnaires, one functional executive management, and a questionnaire on the appropriateness of the model from specialists and a standard capital questionnaire The Idea of Benati (2004) and the acquired data, Bastat In order to investigate the dimensions of performance management, intellectual capital and also to evaluate the appropriateness of the model with the opinion of experts, one-sample T-test was used. The results of this study showed that all variables were considered to be relevant. In other words, Performance management in the 27th and 127th components and dimensions of intellectual capital in 3 dimensions of human capital, structural capital and customer (communication), and 42 components were identified. Also, the description of the data on different dimensions of the proposed model showed that 90% of the specialists and prospects of the next philosophy and the objectives of the model For example, the relationship between the 80% and 90% of the constructive model was very high. For the implementation of the model, the value section is 70%, the 80% structure, the 100% leadership section, and the bonus section 90%, and the proportion of the model, and the evaluation and reappraisal of the model is also 90% The results of this research indicate that the model is highly specialized by experts.
