اثربخشی آموزش برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر کیفیت زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار

چکیده مقاله :
این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر کیفیت زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار انجام گرفت. روش این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی زنان سرپرست خانوار زیر پوشش کمیته امداد امام خمینی شهر رشت در سال 1394 تشکیل دادند (687 =N) که از بین آنها، به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده، تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب و به گونه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. به گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی آموزش داده شد. برای گردآوری دادهها در دو مرحله پیش و پسآزمون از پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی استفاده شد. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون آماری کواریانس تک متغیره و چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد که فرضیههای پژوهش مبنی بر تأثیر برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر کیفیت زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار مورد تایید قرارگرفته است به گونهای که زنان سرپرست خانوار گروه آزمایش نسبت به زنان گروه کنترل نمرههای بیشتری در پسآزمون کیفیت زندگی بدست آوردند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر کیفیت زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار مؤثر است. لذا میتوان از آن به عنوان ابزاری سودمند برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار استفاده کرد.
The present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction training on the quality of life among female-headed households.The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design according to control group. The statistical population of this study comprised of wholewomen heads of households of Rasht city in the year of 2013-2014 (N=687). Among them thirty persons were selected randomly from this society assigned to two experimental (15 persons) and control groups (15 persons). in 8 sessions of mindfulness based stress reduction was been trained to the experimental group. Quality of Life Questionnaire was used for data gathering in pre and post test.The gathered data were analyzed using covariance analysis. Findings indicated that the research hypothesis related to effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction program on quality of life of female-headed householdshas been proven as female-headed households of experimental group in comparing to control group, obtained higher scores in quality of life. The results of this study shows that mindfulness based stress reduction is effective for quality of life in female-headed households,thunit can be used as useful method for improving the quality of life in female-headed households.
