بررسی رابطه بین شیفتگی کاری و سازگاری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی نگرش معنوی در پرسنل بیمارستان شریعتی شهر اصفهان در سال 1403

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: با توجه به اهمیت نیروی انسانی و توجه مدیران به این عامل و نامطلوب بودن وضعیت کار و بهره وری در بیمارستان ها، باید عوامل بسیاری در نظر گرفته شود تا کارکنان بتوانند وظایف خود را به طور مطلوب انجام دهند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه بین شیفتگی کاری و سازگاری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی نگرش معنوی در پرسنل بیمارستان شریعتی شهر اصفهان در سال 1403 میباشد.
روش: مطالعه توصیفی، تحقیقی از نوع همبستگی و مقطعی است. جامعه آماری 292 نفر پرسنل بیمارستان شریعتی اصفهان که بصورت تصادفی به روش ساده انتخاب شدند. داده ها از پرسشنامه های مشخصات دموگرافیک، سازگاری اجتماعی بل(آلفای کرونباخ، 86/0)، شیفتگی کاری شوردرکار ولف (آلفای کرونباخ، 85/0) و نگرش معنوی شهیدی-فرج نیا (آلفای کرونباخ، 91/0) استفاده شد.
یافته ها: از بین پاسخ دهندگان 5/70 % زن و 5/29 % مرد، 6/9% شیفت ثابت و1/65 % شیفت گردشی داشتند. میانگین و انحراف معیار متغیر وابسته سازگاری اجتماعی(14/4± 33/13) ، شیفتگی کاری(56/17± 07/47) و نگرش معنویی(26/37± 32/93) میباشد. بین شیفتگی کاری با سازگاری اجتماعی رابطه معنادار، بین شیفتگی کاری با نگرش معنوی رابطه معنادار و بین نگرش معنوی با سازگاری اجتماعی نیز رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: بین شیفتگی کاری و سازگاری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی نگرش معنوی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. پیشنهاد: مدیران و مسئولان سازمان های خدماتی محیطی فراهم نمایند تا نیروهای خدماتی و پشتیبانی از شرایط و سختی کار واحدهای مختلف آگاهی یافته، تعامل بهتری برقرار گردد. مدیران روش های کارامد جهت افزایش انگیزه و اشتیاق پرسنل بکارگیرند. با توجه به مشغله فکری زیاد و حجم زیاد کار، پیشنهاد میشود برنامه هایی جهت افزایش معنویت، تلاش برای کمال و رسیدن به سعادت و آرامش ایجاد گردد.
Objective: Considering the importance of human resources and the attention of managers to this factor and the unfavorable working conditions and productivity in hospitals, many factors should be considered so that employees can perform their duties optimally. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between work enthusiasm and social adaptation with the mediating role of spiritual attitude in the personnel of Shariati Hospital in Isfahan city in 1403
Method: Descriptive study is a correlational and cross-sectional research. The statistical population is 292 employees of Isfahan Shariati Hospital who were randomly selected in a simple way. The data were used from the questionnaires of demographic characteristics, Bell's social adjustment (Cronbach's alpha, 0.86), work fascination of Wolf (Cronbach's alpha, 0.85) and Shahidi-Farjnia's spiritual attitude (Cronbach's alpha, 0.91).
Findings: Among the respondents, 70.5% women and 29.5% were men, 9.6% had fixed shifts and 65.1% had rotating shifts. The mean and standard deviation of the dependent variable are social adjustment (13.33±4.14), work fascination (47.07±17.56) and spiritual attitude (93.32±37.26). There is a significant relationship between work fascination and social adjustment, a significant relationship between work fascination and spiritual attitude, and significant relationship between spiritual attitude and social adjustment.
Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between work fascination and social adaptation with the mediating role of spiritual attitude. Suggestion: Managers and officials of service organizations should provide an environment so that the service and support forces are aware of the conditions and difficulty of work of different units, and better interaction can be established. Managers use effective methods to increase the motivation and enthusiasm of personnel. Considering the high intellectual preoccupation and the large amount of work, it is suggested to create programs to increase spirituality, strive for perfection and achieve happiness and peace.
