چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی کوچینگ فراغت سازمانی مبتنی بر تفکر کارافرینانه دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی بارویکرد کیفی می باشد. روش تحقیق کیفی و بر پایه تحلیل مضمون و از حیث هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل نخبگان دانشگاهی در حوزه مدیریت، کارآفرینی و مهندسی بوده و نمونه گیری به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند صورت گرفته است. داده های پژوهش از طریق مرور ادبیات و مطالعه نظری پژوهش و مصاحبه با خبرگان جمع آوری شدند. در مجموع با ۱۵ نفر از خبرگان مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام شد و پژوهشگر در داده ها به اشباع نظری رسید. برای تحلیل داده های به دست آمده از روش تحلیل کلارک براون استفاده شد که الگوی مذکور پس از مرحله کدگذاری مضمون در ۵ بعد تفکر فردی، تفکر اجتماعی فنی، ابعاد سازمانی وساختاری، زمینه ای و راهبردی و مشتمل بر ۲۰ مولفه شکل گرفت. در بخش تفکر فردی، توانمند سازی فردی، مهارت های ارتباطی خودآگاهی فناورانه و اعتماد بخشی به آینده و در بخش تفکر اجتماعی ادراک فرهنگ شکست ها و موفقیت ها و تقویت هوش موفق اجتماعی بیشترین امتیاز را کسب نمودند. در بخش سازمانی و ساختاری، برنامه ریزی پویا وهوشمندانه و توانمندی تحلیل بازار و در بخش ساختاری و زمینه ای، افزایش توانمندی و توجه به انضباط کارآفرینانه شغلی وتفکر ارتقای دانش فنی و تخصصی بیشترین امتیاز را کسب نمودند.
The aim of this study is to design an organizational leisure coaching model based on Entrepreneurial Thinking of Islamic Azad universities with qualitative approach.The research method was qualitative and based on thematic analysis and in terms of the purpose is Applied Research. The statistical research community includes academic experts in the field of management, Entrepreneurship and Engineering, and sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The research data was collected through the literature review, study of the theoretical research and interviews with experts. In total, with 15 experts, a semi-structured interview was conducted, and the researcher in the data reached theoretical saturation. To analyze the data obtained, the Clarke Braun analysis method was used, which was formed after the coding phase of the theme in 5 dimensions of individual thinking, technical social thinking, organizational and structural dimensions, contextual and strategic and consisting of 20 components. In the individual thinking sector, individual empowerment, communication skills, technological self-awareness and trust in the future, and in the social thinking sector, perception of a culture of failures and successes and strengthening successful social intelligence, scored the most points. In the organizational and structural sectors, dynamic and intelligent planning and market analysis capabilities, and in the structural and contextual sectors, increased capacity and attention to entrepreneurial career discipline and the thought of promoting technical and specialized knowledge got the highest points.
