چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل مدیریت اثربخش در ورزش معلولین کشور مبتنی بر توسعه سلامت بود. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی، و ازنظر روش تحلیل اکتشافی و ازنظر نوع داده‌ها از نوع آمیخته بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل اساتید و خبرگان مدیریت ورزش معلولین و اماکن ورزشی و مسئولین فدراسیون و هیئت‌های استانی جانبازان و معلولین کشور بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری مورد استفاده برای تکمیل پرسشنامه کیو به‌صورت هدفمند بود که 31 پرسشنامه به‌صورت صحیح بازگردانده شد. نمونه‌گیری در بخش کمی به‌صورت تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از فرمول جدول مورگان تعداد 150 نفر تعیین گردید. در این پژوهش دادههای حاصل از مرتبسازی عبارات کیو در نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 22 وارد و از طریق چرخش واریمکس، آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد درمجموع 11 الگوی ذهنی در مورد شاخص‌های مدیریت اثربخش در ورزش معلولین کشور مبتنی بر توسعه سلامت شناسایی شد که این 11 عامل درمجموع 90 درصد از واریانسها را تبیین کرده و پوشش میدهند. با استفاده از آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن، الگوهای ذهنی به ترتیب شامل مدیریت گرایان، طرفداران برنامه‌ریزی، اقتصادگرایان، رسانه گرایان، عوامل شخصی، تأثیر خانواده و دوستان، سخت افزارگرایان، عوامل شهری و دسترسی، قانون‌گرایان، عوامل اجتماعی-فرهنگی و نرم‌افزارگرایان بود، درنهایت نتایج آزمون مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل تحقیق از برازش خوبی برخوردار است و تمامی مسیرها معنادار می‌باشند و درنتیجه الگوهای شناسایی‌شده، تبیین‌کننده مدیریت اثربخش در ورزش معلولین مبتنی بر توسعه سلامت هستند.
The purpose of this study was to design an effective management model in sports for the disabled in the country based on health development. This research was applied in terms of purpose, heuristic in terms of exploratory analysis method and mixed type in terms of data type. The statistical population of this study included professors and experts in the management of sports for the disabled and sports venues, and officials of the federation and provincial delegations of veterans and the disabled. The sampling method used to complete the Q questionnaire. Sampling in the quantitative part was determined by simple random sampling using the Morgan table formula of 150 people. In this research, the data obtained from sorting Q expressions in SPSS22 were entered and analyzed through Varimex rotation, Friedman ranking test and structural equation modeling. The results showed that a total of 11 mental patterns were identified regarding the indicators of effective management in sports for the disabled in the country based on health development, these 11 factors explain and cover a total of 90% of the variances. Using the Friedman ranking test, mental patterns include managerialists, proponents of planning, economists, mediaists, personal factors, the influence of family and friends, hardwareists, urban and access factors, legalists, socio-cultural and software factors, respectively. Finally, the results of structural equation modeling test showed that the research model has a good fit and all paths are meaningful and the identified patterns explain effective management in sports for the disabled based on health development.
