چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر بخشی آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد معنوی – مذهبی اسلام محور بر آشفتگی روانشناختی، احساس گناه و کیفیت رابطه زناشویی ادراک شده مادران دانشآموزان کم توان ذهنی آموزشپذیر بود. این پژوهش، مطالعهای نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود؛ جامعه آماری کلیه مادران دانشآموزان کم توان ذهنی آموزشپذیر که در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 در مدارس ابتدایی استثنایی شهر تبریز پرونده داشته و مشغول تحصیل بودند، شامل میشد. از این بین 24 نفر نمونه بصورت جایگذین تصادفی در 2 گروه 12 نفری گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. با توجه به ساخت و اهداف تحقیق، از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند برای انتخاب نمونه استفاده شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه آشفتگی روانشناختی داس (1995) و مقیاس کیفیت رابطه ادراک شده فلچر (2002) بود. گروه آزمایش برنامه آموزش رویکرد معنوی – مذهبی (11 جلسه) و گروه کنترل برنامه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد معنوی – مذهبی اسلام محور بر آشفتگی روانشناختی، احساس گناه و کیفیت رابطه زناشویی ادراک شده مادران دانشآموزان کم توان ذهنی آموزشپذیر اثر بخش است. براساس نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش میتوان بیان کرد،آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد معنوی - مذهبی اسلام محور میتواند به عنوان مداخله تکمیلی جهت کاهش و بهبود مشکلات روانشناختی مادران دانشآموزان کم توان ذهنی به کار رود.
چکیده انگلیسی :
The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of group training based on Islam-oriented spiritual-religious approach on psychological disturbance, guilt and the perceived quality of marital relationship of mothers of intellectually disabled students. This research was a semi-experimental study with a pre-test, post-test and control group design; the statistical population included all the mothers of Intellectually disability students in the academic year 1399-1400 who were studying in exceptional primary schools in Tabriz city. From among this population 24 mothers were selected purposfully as the sample and put into two groups of experimental and control, each having 12 members. The instruments which Were used included Doss psychological disturbance questionnaire (1995), guilt questionnaire (self-aware emotion) (1992) and Fletcher's perceived relationship quality scale (2002). the experimental group received the In the Farsi abstract you have written that you have only one experimental and one control group spiritual-religious approach (11 sessions) and the control group did not receive the training program. Multivariate covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings of this research showed that Group training based on the spiritual-religious approach of Islam is effective on psychological disturbance, guilt and perceived marital relationship quality of mothers of intellectually disability students. Based on the results obtained from this research, it can be concluded that group training based on Islam-oriented spiritualreligious approach spiritual-religious approach can be used as complementary interventions to reduce problems and solve the psychological problems of mothers of students with Intellectually disabilities.
