تحلیل اهمیت- عملکرد توانمندسازهای پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش – یک مطالعه ی موردی

هدف از اين پژوهش، شناسایی و رتبه بندی توانمندسازهای پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در شرکت پارس ام سی اس است. به این منظور از رویکرد تحلیل اهمیت – عملکرد استفاده شده است. نخست با مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش، توانمندسازهای پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش شامل 7 عامل ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، فناوری اطلاعات، رویکرد راهبردی، نیروی انسانی، تعهد و حمایت مدیران، و مدیریت منابع انسانی شناسایی شده اند. سپس اهمیت و عملکرد این عوامل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. به منظور تعیین اهمیت توانمندسازها از رویکرد تحلیل فرایند سلسله مراتبی و نظر 5 خبره دانشگاهی و به منظور تعیین عملکرد توانمندسازها، از نظر 11 نفر از مدیران و سرپرستان شرکت پارس ام سی اس استفاده شده است. سرانجام، با رویکرد اهمیت- عملکرد توانمندسازها دسته بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد عوامل فرهنگ سازمانی و تعهد و حمایت مدیران در ناحیه وضعیت عالی قرار گرفته اند و تداوم و حفظ وضع موجود آنها توصیه می شود. همچنین، عوامل مدیریت منابع انسانی و رویکرد راهبردی در ناحيه بحراني واقع شده انـد و توجه و سرمايه گذاري شركت در اين عوامل توصيه مي شود.
The purpose of this research is to identify and rank the enablers of implementing knowledge management in the Pars MCS Company. For this purpose, the importance-performance analysis approach has been used. First, by literature review, knowledge management implementation enablers including 7 factors of organizational structure, organizational culture, information technology, strategic approach, people, commitment and management support, and human resource management have been identified. Then the importance and performance of these factors have been evaluated. To determine the importance of enablers, the analytic hierarchy process approach and the opinion of 5 academic experts have been used, and to determine their performance, the opinion of 11 managers and supervisors of Pars MCS Company has been used. Finally, the enablers were categorized by the importance-performance approach. The results showed that the factors of organizational culture and commitment and management support are in the area of excellent status, and it is recommended to continue and maintain their current status. Also, the factors of human resources management and strategic approach are located in the critical area, and the attention and investment of the company in these factors is recommended.
