چکیده مقاله :
هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی رابطه عدالت سازمانی ادراکی (در ابعاد عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویه ای و عدالت تعاملی) با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بین معلمان بود. نوع پژوهش توصیفی و همبستگی بود. نمونه تحقیق شامل 357 نفر از دبیران مقطع متوسطه استان گیلان بودند که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات دو پرسش نامه عدالت سازمانی (نیهوف و مورمن، 1993) با ضریب پایایی 81/0 و پرسش نامه رفتار شهروندی (پادساکوف و همکاران، 2000) با ضریب پایایی 75/0 جمع آوری شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسونو تحلیل رگرسیون هم زمان استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند که متغیر عدالت سازمانی ادراکی و سه حیطه آن، همبستگی مثبت معنی داری با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان دارند. هم چنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون هم زمان نشان می دهد که از بین ابعاد عدالت سازمانی، عدالت رویه ای مهم ترین عامل تأثیرگذار بر رفتارشهروندی معلمان است.

Abstract: Purpose of this study is analyzed of relation between Dimensionsof ConceptualOrganizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among teachers. The data was collected from 357 teachers of Gilan province through two questionnaires, which named as organizational justice questionnaire and citizenship behavior questionnaire. Statistical methods as correlation coefficient and Regression are used to analyze data. Results showed that variable of conceptual organizational justice and its three ranges have sensitive positive relation with organizational citizenship behavior. Also, Results of Regression analysis show that the Procedural justice has moreeffective relation with teachers` organizational citizenship behavior.
