بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر مدیران گروه های آموزشی با اثر بخشی و توانمند سازی آنان

چکیده مقاله :
چکیدههدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر مدیران گروه های آموزشیبا اثربخشی و توانمندسازی آنان می باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران گروه های آموزشی واحد های منطقه یک دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در سال 93 -94 به تعداد 315 نفر بود که تعداد 118 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون ساده و چند گانه و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که: بین ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر بر اثربخشی و توانمندسازی رابطه معنادار مثبت وجود دارد. بین مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر، اثربخشی و توانمندسازی رابطه مثبت وجود دارد، بین بعد نوع احساس شایستگی، احساس استقلال، احساس اعتماد از ابعاد توانمندسازی با مدیریت کیفیت رابطه معنادار مثبت وجود دارد و بین بعد عواطف و احساسات و بعد مشارکت و رهبری از ابعاد اثربخشی با ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر رابطه معنادار مثبت وجود دارد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between total quality management (TQM) is the efficacy and empowerment. The study method is descriptive (surveying). The population consists of all directors of educational groups of the branches of the Islamic Azad University – First Region, with a number of 315, in the year 2014-15, 118 of whom were selected as the sample, using a simple random sampling method. For data analysis was used statistical methods, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple regression and multiple and path analysis. The results showed that: there was a significant correlation between positive and empowering aspects of TQM effectiveness, There is a positive relationship between total quality management, effectiveness and empowerment, There is a positive relationship between the sense of competence, sense of independence, a sense of confidence, empowerment and quality management, There is a positive relationship between the sense of competence, sense of independence, a sense of confidence, empowerment and quality management.
