اثر نیتروژن و بور بر عملکرد و عیارقند دو رقم چغندرقند

به منظور بررسی تأثیر نیتروژن و بور بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی دو رقم تجاری چغندرقند، آزمایشی در حومه شهرستان خوی با عرض جغرافیایی 38 درجه 33 دقیقه شمالی و طول جغرافیایی 45 درجه و 55 دقیقه شرقی به صورت اسپلیت اسپلیت پلات با سه عامل در قالب طرح بلوک¬های کامل تصادفی با سه فاکتور در سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اول: رقم در دو سطح شامل رقم خارجی فلورس (a2)و رقم ایرانی۰۰۴(a1) در کرت¬های اصلی، فاکتور دوم: نیتروژن در دو سطح شامل آزمون خاک(b1) و 5/1 برابر آزمون خاک(b2) در کرت¬های فرعی و فاکتور سوم: مصرف بور درسه سطح شامل عدم مصرف(c1)، محلول¬پاشی (c2) و مصرف خاکی(c3) در کرت¬های فرعی- فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که اثر رقم فقط بر طول ریشه معنی¬دار بود. به طوری¬که بیشترین طول ريشه با 50/32 سانتيمتر به رقم ایرانی (a1) تعلق داشت. اثر نیتروژن بر قطر ریشه، طول ریشه، وزن خشک ریشه و عملکرد ریشه معنی¬دار بود. بیشترین مقدار هر کدام از آنها به سطح 5/1 برابر آزمون خاک تعلق داشت. اثر بور نیز روی وزن خشک ریشه، عملکرد ریشه، عیار قند و میزان ملاس معنی¬دار بود. روش¬های مختلف مصرف بور نشان داد که حداکثر عملکرد در همه¬ی صفات با مصرف خاکی این عنصر حاصل شد.
To study the effect of nitrogen and boron on yield and sugar content of two varieties of sugar beet, an experiment was carried out in split-split plots at RCBD in three replications with three factors in the personal field of Khoy area. 1st factor with two levels of variety, Flores ( a1 ) and Iranian variety of 004 ( a2 ), 2nd factor with two levels of nitrogen which consisted of soil testing ( b1 ) and 1.5-time soil testing ( b2 ) and 3rd factor with three levels of boron which consisted of no-use ( b1 ), foliar ( b2 ) and soil ( b3 ) application. The result showed that variety had meaningful effect on root length; the highest root length was 32.25 cm in 004 ( a2 ) variety. The effect of nitrogen was meaningful in diameter, length and dry weight of root. The highest content of this factor was in 1.5 time of soil testing of nitrogen usage. The effect of boron on root dry weight, root yield, sugar and molasses content were meaningful. The different methods of boron application showed that maximum rate in all traits was attained with the soil usage of this element.
