This article analyzes how to develop a step-by-step business strategy based on dynamic, agile, and self-organizing approaches. The present study examines the four main stages of platform business (entry, growth, development, and maturity) and investigates the key elements and various strategies for each stage. These elements serve as a conceptual framework and ultimately lead to the creation of a platform business model. The current research is qualitative in nature, with the target population consisting of university professors and experts in the field of platform businesses, selected using purposive sampling and the snowball method. Data collection tool includes in-depth interviews. A multi-faceted approach based on thematic analysis (themes) is employed to analyze the data. This study provides a rich and diverse set of strategic concepts for designing a platform, enabling platform companies to reduce the risk of failure and survive in uncertain and complex market environments. Additionally, it empowers platform providers to establish a successful business ecosystem.
