بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش محیط زیستی بر مهارت‌های محیط زیستی کارکنان شرکت نفت فلات قاره ایران (مطالعه موردی: کارکنان جزیره سیری)

چکیده مقاله :

هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش محیط زیستی بر اساس روش سخنرانی و نمایش فیلم و روش تلفیقی (سخنرانی و نمایش فیلم) بر مهارت‌های محیط زیستی کارکنان شرکت نفت فلات قاره ایران (مطالعه موردی: کارکنان جزیره سیری) بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت نفت فلات قاره ایران جزیره سیری به تعداد 600 نفر بود که تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب شده به طور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. این پژوهش به روش نیمه تجربی بوده و جهت گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز از پرسشنامه مهارت‌های محیط زیستی 20 گویه استفاده شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 85/0 برآورد شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که نمرات مهارت‌های محیط زیستی نرمال بوده و در راستاي فرضيه‌ پژوهش كه مبتني بر مقايسه روش‌های آموزش سخنرانی، نمایش فیلم و روش تلفیقی (روش سخنرانی و نمایش فیلم) بوده. نمرات در سه روش آموزشی در مرحله پس‌آزمون تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود داشته، یعنی آموزش توانسته است نمرات مهارت‌های محیط زیستی کارکنان شرکت نفت فلات قاره ایران جزیره سیری را در مرحله پس‌آزمون افزایش دهد.

چکیده انگلیسی:

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the environmental education program based on the lecture and film screening method and the combined method (speech and film screening) on the environmental skills of Iran's continental shelf oil company employees (case study: Siri Island employees). The statistical population included all 600 employees of the Iranian continental shelf oil company, Siri Island, of which 45 people were randomly selected and placed in three groups. This research is a semi-experimental method and a 20-item environmental skills questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The reliability of the questionnaire was also estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.85. Two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics of covariance analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the scores of environmental skills were normal and in line with the hypothesis of the research which was based on the comparison of lecture teaching methods, film showing and combined method (lecture and film showing method). There was a significant difference in the scores of the three training methods in the post-exam stage, that is, the training was able to increase the environmental skills scores of the employees of Iran's continental shelf oil company, Siri Island, in the post-exam stage.
